Great ice cream
The cashier allowed me to try each of my choices. I purchased the blackraspberry vegan sorbet. I loved the seeds and the fresh taste of the fruit. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was ample parking. Updated from previous review on 2025-08-07
Walked in, it was rather dark and didn't smell too great. The only person I seen had her hair all over the place. So I only assumed there was a high chance of hair possibly contaminating the ice cream. But like I said , the sour milk smell isn't a good look. I love your ice cream.So there will be another time that I come in and hopefully things have changed.

Use the walk up window. The inside is too loud for sensitive ears and very echo-y.
I’ve cream is good. Came for a pup cup for my dog’s birthday. Added an extra treat in addition to the treat they added. Took off one star because the building looks a little run down from a few years ago. It could use a little cleaning and fresh paint.

Good flavors but the waffle cones and bowls were stale.
Loved the sweet treats and IV was especially kind and helpful!
They have amazing ice cream and great flavors! I tried the a butter cake flavor, it was great! My son had coconut cream pie! The staff answered all our questions and were super nice! Definitely going back!
Bruster's is always a great place to get ice cream. Butterpecan is awesome.

Iv is the most helpful and beautiful employee. Her service is so quick and she always serves with a smile. She gives the best servings ever and i always tip so much. She is so fast at scooping ice cream its insane. I mean its just ridiculous at this point. I mean i look away for 2 seconds and she has somehow procured my entire order. Also, she remembers my usual so that i dont even have to say anything. She sees me and knows what must be done. No words needed. Please tip her 75%. I love iv. I hope to see her again, i hope she never quits so that i can see her awesome face every Saturday, which is my cheat day. If you see her tell her to have an amazing day. Thank you, iv.
