Pabellón was so filling and delicious! Queso arepas were warm and comforting. This is definitely a new favorite spot! Portions were great and all of the flavors were heavenly. Highly recommend!

My sister and I had the chama cheese sandwich.I believe. It was on a warm soft bread with chama cheese, plantain, & shredded, deliciously seasoned beef and was so delicious.. .We were beside ourselves😋

It took them like 40 minutes to get 3 dishes and 2 drinks done when there was no other people ordering. Food was good enough, would recommend the cachapas and arepas, the chicken empanadas were just okay. The chicha drinks were good it tastes like horchata but had a different texture very thick and velvety, so be aware if you are not a fan of weird textures. Overall good but that’s it.

Delicious Venezuelan food served by nice folks. Located near a couple of parks. Perfect for a picnic with someone who you like to spend time with.
The chicha is the best.

I didn't love my food, but I could tell it was made with love and with passion. I got the chamacheese and a condensed milk drink on the side. Service was fast, the truck was clean, they took card. Just not a big fan of the flavor profile, but the food came out piping hot and I think it may become someone else's new favorite food truck.
The food was very delicious. Yesterday I ate cachapa and it was spectacular. I would return for the food but not for the service. Improve that.

I was thinking of trying something new so stop by this food truck corner. It was my first venezuelan food experience and it blew my mind! The chama cheese chachapa's cornbread is perfectly sweet and the beef or homemade cheese went absolutely scrumptious with it. I took ground beef empanadas. The outer crust was nicely deep fried and the filling contained mashed potato with ground beef. I love the dip they packed with it. This is so far the best food truck experience in Knoxville for me!
