I didn't love my food, but I could tell it was made with love and with passion. I got the chamacheese and a condensed milk drink on the side. Service was fast, the truck was clean, they took card. Just not a big fan of the flavor profile, but the food came out piping hot and I think it may become someone else's new favorite food truck.
I was thinking of trying something new so stop by this food truck corner. It was my first venezuelan food experience and it blew my mind! The chama cheese chachapa's cornbread is perfectly sweet and the beef or homemade cheese went absolutely scrumptious with it. I took ground beef empanadas. The outer crust was nicely deep fried and the filling contained mashed potato with ground beef. I love the dip they packed with it. This is so far the best food truck experience in Knoxville...
DELICIOUS. Everything was freshly made, perfectly seasoned and SO flavorful. I especially loved their hot sauce, tangy with a good kick. Highly recommended! Try out their signature dish, the Chama Cheese, really hits the spot.
