I had eaten at the other location several years ago, and didn't like it. I tried to give this location a shot. One star upgrade, but still not very good. I had one good taco - an Al Pastor. The birria taco tasted like a roast. No salt or spice at all. Everything else lacked spices, peppers, and salt. I'm from South Texas - so I'm probably biased. But, most people around here haven't tasted authentic Mexican food or tacos. It doesn't exist here. I've eaten at every "good Mexican food place". Everything here is spiced down (watered down). The salsa lacked salt, garlic, and peppers.
I enjoyed the food and the atmosphere.It was my 1st time eating there.

These are the BEST street style tacos that you will find in Maryville. The only bad experience was receiving the wrong tacos in a to go order. I called, and the manager was more than happy to correct the mistake and was VERY apologetic.
