I typically order on my phone, pick it up in the store, and take it to go. I have not had issues with my order being wrong. The best fast food in the area!

Eat here maybe once a week minimum since it’s close to home. Always good just super annoying when you ask for sauce and they give you a bag full of every sauce but the one you specifically asked for. Check your bags before you drive off.

This is the worst Chick-fil-A I’ve been to in the entire Knoxville area. They are slow, and forgot half my order and I had to sit in the drive thru for another 15 minutes after 20 minutes waiting in a curbside order just for sauce, and when I get to the window they’re looking at me wondering why I’m there when the person at the drive thru said they would let them know the issue. Not to mention I was stopping here for food quick to go pick up my dad who’s waiting for me at the hospital. Thanks for nothing. This place is awful.
We asked for broth of Chicken Noodle Soup. When the girl brought to us, we asked if it was just broth. She said yes, but we checked, and it was full of noodles. We had to have them redo the order. Since it was Friday, it was very busy. Other than that, it was fine.
Dietary restrictions: My son recently had surgery, so he was on clear liquids. That was the reason for the order of broth.
