I’m beyond tired of seeing all of the managers goofing off and being super chatty with each other when there are customers needing to be served. I believe her name was Emily (I barely saw her name tag) is always super chatty with the other employees and managers on shift. Please get it together, it really ruins the reputation of this specific store. I never have any other problems like this with the Alcoa location. I understand that most of the employees are high school and college aged, but when you are working, customers should come first, and then conversations later. Thank you

I typically order on my phone, pick it up in the store, and take it to go. I have not had issues with my order being wrong. The best fast food in the area!
Absolutely loved eating here. Service was outstanding. Food was excellent. The prices are a bit high, but so is everywhere else.

I LOVE Chick-fil-A and eat there several times a week. This specific location is very slow. It seems to always take 15-20 minutes drive thru or curbside.

Eat here maybe once a week minimum since it’s close to home. Always good just super annoying when you ask for sauce and they give you a bag full of every sauce but the one you specifically asked for. Check your bags before you drive off.

This is the worst Chick-fil-A I’ve been to in the entire Knoxville area. They are slow, and forgot half my order and I had to sit in the drive thru for another 15 minutes after 20 minutes waiting in a curbside order just for sauce, and when I get to the window they’re looking at me wondering why I’m there when the person at the drive thru said they would let them know the issue. Not to mention I was stopping here for food quick to go pick up my dad who’s waiting for me at the hospital. Thanks for nothing. This place is awful.
