I’ve been going to this Chick-fil-A probably 3-4x a week for the last month or so and I have to say the service is always perfect. My order is always right, cooked to perfection. I don’t get weird bits in my chicken like some other locations (to my understanding chicken is cut in-house at Chick-fil-A, so this matters). I love that they taught me how to order the yeast rolls because they’re SO GOOD. Everyone is just super nice and this location runs like a well-oiled machine. My order is always ready when I hit the window and I get out of there in just a few mins - back to my job. I don’t feel like it’s making me late to work or eating up my lunch break time. Kudos do the entire staff!!

I’m beyond tired of seeing all of the managers goofing off and being super chatty with each other when there are customers needing to be served. I believe her name was Emily (I barely saw her name tag) is always super chatty with the other employees and managers on shift. Please get it together, it really ruins the reputation of this specific store. I never have any other problems like this with the Alcoa location. I understand that most of the employees are high school and college aged, but when you are working, customers should come first, and then conversations later. Thank you

I typically order on my phone, pick it up in the store, and take it to go. I have not had issues with my order being wrong. The best fast food in the area!

Eat here maybe once a week minimum since it’s close to home. Always good just super annoying when you ask for sauce and they give you a bag full of every sauce but the one you specifically asked for. Check your bags before you drive off.
