A weekly stop for a great salad with cranberry Kelly chicken salad on top. Service is always fast and friendly. Drinks are self serve which is great for me as I enjoy a 70/30 sweet unsweet tea.

The menu needs to be changed. I got half of what I ordered. Only because the menu and the server waiting on me was confused as to what I wanted. They should have at the top sandwich ate with the price and sandwich with three sides as another price. This is my first experience with this place but I'm not pleased at all

EDIT: 10/10 Food was amazing staff was super friendly the place was spotless in the dining room and behind the counter. I had the jalapeno holly on a croissant and it was DELICIOUS!! the broccoli cheese soup and Mac and cheese were also great!

Eh. Over the years it doesn’t seem to be as good as it once was. The croissant is always cold and not soft, very stale tasting. Seems you could warm them or toast them or something, to make them more palatable.

I’ve have several friends rave about Chicken Salad Chick, so I had high hopes. I’ve tried several different options on several trips, but find it marginal at best. Today I had chicken salad with a side of broccoli salad, both of which I normally LOVE, but I couldn’t finish their take on my favorites. The atmosphere is cute, but the food is meh.
Do NOT come to this location. They pay guards to harass and threaten people who park in their lot after hours. And half the lot that they threaten isnt even theirs. It's honestly an embarrassment to watch .

Food was dry and while we were eating we noticed a security guard patroling the parking lot harassing people about a neighboring restaurant. Security guard had a major complex about his job and threatened to tow people's cars from parking spaces in front of Chicken Salad. If the parking spots aren't marked as designated I don't believe this is necessary. It's definitely the last time I will go into the Watkins Drive location in Maryville, TN. Also the lady manager who sucks up to local cops and likes to brag about it so loudly the customers can hear her bad mouthing the citizens of the community should be let go. It's an embarrassment to your company and it's sick to see her bullying members of our community over parking spaces.
