Food was dry and while we were eating we noticed a security guard patroling the parking lot harassing people about a neighboring restaurant. Security guard had a major complex about his job and threatened to tow people's cars from parking spaces in front of Chicken Salad. If the parking spots aren't marked as designated I don't believe this is necessary. It's definitely the last time I will go into the Watkins Drive location in Maryville, TN. Also the lady manager who sucks up to local cops and likes to brag about it so loudly the customers can hear her bad mouthing the citizens of the community should be let go. It's an embarrassment to your company and it's sick to see her bullying members of our community over parking spaces.

Food is just ok, but if you want good chicken salad go to Southland Books. Beware of parking anywhere near Chicken Salad Chick now. I've lived here for years but this business now has a security guard that will threaten anyone who parks in front of or even near their parking spots who isn't immediately going into Chicken Salad Chick.
This is a food place that is in a huge shopping center with a huge shared parking lot, where the only signs about parking that are displayed read "no overnight parking" only. So beware if you park anywhere around this business if you aren't IMMEDIATELY going in. You will be threatened and potentially ticketed or towed by their security guard, even though there are no posted "no parking" or "private parking" signs of any kind.
Went thru drive thru. No waiting, helpful when I was trying to decide, since this is was my first time ordering

The food is good and the service is great, it's all in one level so it's wheelchair accessible, and even has the drive-thru window, the workers are very friendly and efficient, but I think they need a bigger building because it's small but other than that it is a good place to eat
