The service was very quick our cashier was super sweet & the atmosphere was quiet which was very nice. It was me and my dates first time. They were so busy! ( Always a good sign?) Their varieties of flavors were refreshing and comforting. The service was spectacular(Thank you Cassie!) sorry Panera, you’ve been replaced!!Parking: Endless!! They are perfectly placed at the corner of a strip mall, Target on the opposite end and plenty of shops in between!

I had a catering order that I picked up on Tuesday. I called in the order on last Thursday so there would be plenty of notice.We ordered 2 fruit trays @60$ each. Among other items which were fine.We got nothing as pictured. We got grapes and maybe 20 strawberries with dip in the middle.This was around 10$ worth of grapes from Kroger!!!!I called the catering number and I was treated with a cold response and she sent me to the local store. After being on the line for awhile he finally said hello. I explained my issue and his response was strawberries are not in season and they did best they could. (Didn’t think to ask me if that was ok???)No apologies for charging me 120.00 for grapes, no thank you for your business, certainly no let me make this right. I hope the other stores are better than this.Customer service has never been their strong suit in Maryville but this takes the cake.Watch what you order. Chick filet manages to have all fresh fruit. So DISAPPOINTING !!!! I SPENT $318.00 guess that isn’t enough to worry about for them.

The chain has very good food. My wife loves it, as do I. I am almost completely deaf. I told the person at the drive thru it was difficult for me to correspond with her because of "my" inability to effectively communicate and asked if would it be possible to pull up to the window because of my hearing issue ( i have to see the person talking to me in order to ascertain what they are saying). In any case, she told me "no", it would be easier for her if i just placed the order through the intercom. I just drove off. That was 2-3 weeks ago. I am sure the order i just received will be as delicious as all the previous orders.

I am from Tampa Bay Florida and I have been eating chicken salad chick from Seminole Florida and Tampa Florida for years! I always order the same thing... Two scoops of cranberry Kelly and a scoop of half spicy and half regular pimento cheese. You could always tell the pimento cheese was homemade because the cheese was shredded and The pimentos were fresh! But here I am looking at my pimento cheese that I got here in Maryville... I see more jalapenos than I see pimento I see more mayonnaise than I see cheese It literally is so loose it has seeped into my chicken salad which by the way has bacon and cheese in it which cranberry Kelly does not have bacon or cheese! I can get better pimento cheese from Bojangles... I can get better pimento cheese from Kroger and that is saying something because chicken salad chick has been my favorite for years I have never been so disappointed in my life! You can look at my Uber eats order history and see that I ate chicken salad chick at least once or twice a week for years so I've spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars to end up having to eat this? Canned chicken that has things in it that it shouldn't and mayonnaise with a little bit of cheese and jalapenos oh and did I forget to mention the lettuce that it's sitting on is rotten!

I've had the fancy Nancy chicken salad a couple of times and really do like it. Decided to do take out this time. They were fairly quick despite me having a large order of 5 different sandwiches and they were very busy since this was close to noon on Friday. Did try the barbie-q BLT and it was amazing. Probably will get it again next time. Wouldn't normally have tried the bbq chicken salad but was very surprised at how good it tasted. I love that they give you a side with it and a little cookie for dessert.

I enjoyed this place but it was VERY expensive for what I got. I spent $20 on a sandwich with a tiny cup of potato soup with a small drink. So even tho I enjoyed the food it's too expensive and I probably won't be back.
