The food was good once we received it. We were the first customers in on Saturday morning, with nobody else there. It literally took 25 minutes to receive our order. And once received, I had to practically beg for more than a couple ketchup packets. The location at Turkey Creek is far more efficient and customer friendly. Hopefully management here makes some needed changes.
Well kept property. Line was as long as a Whataburger at night in the summer in FL. Worth the wait. Best bbq sandwich I’ve ever had at a Cookout. Everything was phenomenal! Super nice girl at the window. As any fast food goes make sure you get your proper utensils and sauces.
Good tasting food. I did notice it did taste better a few years ago. Small hamburger patties. They almost count as a 1/2 regular patty on a double burger, equalling a 1/4 pound. The young guy working at the counter was nice and respectful. He didn't mess up our order.
