I think napkins should be included with takeout. I had to ask for my receipt and napkins. We had two burgers and upon our request they were able to provide us with two napkins. Must have someone to count the napkins. The burgers were good and messy I could have used 2 of the small napkins myself but I shared.
The food was good once we received it. We were the first customers in on Saturday morning, with nobody else there. It literally took 25 minutes to receive our order. And once received, I had to practically beg for more than a couple ketchup packets. The location at Turkey Creek is far more efficient and customer friendly. Hopefully management here makes some needed changes.
Well kept property. Line was as long as a Whataburger at night in the summer in FL. Worth the wait. Best bbq sandwich I’ve ever had at a Cookout. Everything was phenomenal! Super nice girl at the window. As any fast food goes make sure you get your proper utensils and sauces.
