The previous week I ordered the 10" DQ cake on the left. Decorated exactly the same.Friday I ordered the exact same cake, decorate the same way. But to have Happy Birthday Deanna on it.I called to verify the order. And I spelled D-e-a-n-n-a.I pick it up ( they had placed it in a bag) took it home, gave it to my husband to put in the freezer. With the Birthday guest came over the next day, it was to OUR surprise the cake was NOT decorated, but even worse, her name was spelled wrong!!!!!D.DENN
Wow, horrible experience, the place was filthy, no clean tables, greasy, sticky floors, dirty door handle, no sanitizer. The food was cold, and unappetizing but the Blizzard was good. We have always used the drive thru but this time we went inside, bad idea, not busy so there’s no excuse other than poor management and lack of care.I’ve always liked DQ but this was very disappointing.We overheard the cashier arguing with a customer about overcharging $5. The cashier blamed the registrar, I guess it happens a lot. Check your receipts folks they are ripping inattentive people off,Wheelchair accessibility: If you are on crutches or use a cane stay away, the floors are so greasy and gross you are at great risk for a fall.

I am doing this review because I stopped here for an ice cream at 9:00 at night while staying for the night because of my patient's doctor's appointment. The drive-thru was packed, it was middle of the week, and this soft - spoken young lady that helped us at the register was pleasant, efficient, and got the job done! That is so difficult to find in young people these days. I just wanted to let them know that she's a keeper! According to my receipt, her name was Faith. Y'all need to get a TIPS jar on that counter!

Order a number 7 single patty flamethrower. They charged me for a number 8 double patty instead. No tomato on my order as requested but still gave me tomato. The bun was rock hard and the patty was cold with unmelted cheese. Awful experience for food and will not be going

Dairy Queen has the best Chicken Salads and Two For Five Burgers and when they had the option of changing component providers to expand cheaply they turned it down because the quality of their food was more important to them. They make the best chicken, never greasy like Jangles or rubbery breaded like KFCs. Their burgers are awesome and adding lettuce or onions is less than twenty cents. Their Two For Five Burgers are so much better than a Big Mac. ?

2 people handled the whole night ran the drive thru and lobby. These 2 people somehow managed to remain calm and happy and were able to still provide a positive environment. It was busy when we stopped in 10/31/23 and understood any delays as we could see that they were working alone I do not remember the names of the two workers, but if dairy Queen wants to reach out to me I would love for them to receive some kind of recognition. I could describe them to you please. These people done an amazing job. Thank you so very much!

We were the only ones there. The lady at counter was very polite and helpful. The food however, left much to be desired. Fries were not fresh whatsoever... had obviously been sitting for quite some time. Burger was not fresh as well. Will definitely stick to just ordering a Blizzard when over in that area.
