The girl working the pick up window looks miserable. She acts like you’re a bother for picking up your order. I didn’t catch her name but she has blackish dark brown hair. Her service was pitiful. Rolled her eyes and sighed, seemed extremely annoyed by the customer.

8/1/2025 - their tracker was completely wrong tonight. Don't tell me to go pick my pizza up and then it will be another hour until it is ready. Stop taking orders online or warn customers prior to accepting orders.
Had to cancel my order at the store and go home and eat a salad.
Normally an easy place to deal with. I'm putting them on permanent time out.

This is only for this location. My experience here is abysmal. They really should allow for zero stars. I gave one star for food because their brownies are good. About two weeks ago, I ordered a barbecue pizza. There was very little to no barbecue sauce on the pizza. The woman that answered the phone and I complained said she was a manager, I did not catch her name. I told her I just want to make sure this never happens again, because I’ve ordered the same pizza in Sevierville, Gatlinburg, pigeon Forge, Newport, Tennessee, and never had this problem. she told me she put the exact amount of sauce that’s required, and that she knows what she’s doing and I said well maybe you need a little bit more training on this. She said you don’t know me and then hung up. I complained again the next business day and they gave me a $20 credit. The next pizza I ordered was not a barbecue pizza, did not want to take a chance, that pizza was good. I ordered today did not mention anything about the credit. And decided to try something new for me, A handmade pan pizza, It wasn’t just a little doughy, It was so doughy It was like it was uncooked. But again, the brownies were good. To say that, I’ll never be back to this location again is an understatement. The one thing that I have noticed on all the reviews at this particular location. Is there’s no response from the owner or management. By the way, I also did ask for the owner to call me, About the fact that the person who made my barbecue pizza and claimed to be a manager, hung up the phone on me, I talked to a manager named Renee. I have yet to hear from anybody and that was 2+ weeks ago. Besides the pizza being crappy tonight, the other thing that irritated the heck out of me is, I sat at the drive up window for 10 minutes without any acknowledgment. I heard their bell go off when I drove up to the side window, so they had to have heard it. Two different women walk by that window 6+ times and again, not even a wait a minute not an acknowledgment I was completely ignored. Yes, they had a delivery truck, but that does not give an excuse to ignore me as my pizza starts to get cold.

Better of the 2 area Domino's. Plus easy parking, friendly staff. As a added bonus they actually took the time to make my pizza as I requested (well done). Conclusion fresh food, friendly service at a good price. Oh they also have several tables if you wanted eat in.

We thought we would get a large Philly steak pizza.They didn't hardly put any meat on it wasn't good.We also got a pepperoni with cheese it was small wasn't worth the money. They are too high on their prices.We want be buying there again

Ordered five pizzas to take to sisters home for family and friends gathering after a death in the family. I've never been so embarrassed. The pizzas were so void of toppings, they looked ridiculous. The saddest excuse for a pizza I've ever experienced. Dominos should be ashamed. I paid well over 70.00 and left a tip. The thinnest sparcest pizza I've ever seen. People didn't eat them: maybe one each. Then, there they sat to be thrown away. Domino's should be ashamed. I was when I saw what I presented to family and friends.

We got pizza tonight and it was so burnt!!! This stor need to turn down the oven or speed up the table.I have pictures I'll post as well normally it's very good but worst experience in years!!!!
We order here regularly. Typically we don't have many issues. We ordered through the app on 12/23/24 and when we arrived at the store they couldn't find our order and the app said canceled. The manager asked what we ordered and rang up a replacement. She didn't charge us for this one, I'm still waiting to see if the original charge is released. When the order was done and I went to the counter to grab it the bread bites were missing. I pointed this out and the guy checked with the manager who said I never mentioned them. He the proceeded to say "it's free anyway"...
