Ordered five pizzas to take to sisters home for family and friends gathering after a death in the family. I've never been so embarrassed. The pizzas were so void of toppings, they looked ridiculous. The saddest excuse for a pizza I've ever experienced. Dominos should be ashamed. I paid well over 70.00 and left a tip. The thinnest sparcest pizza I've ever seen. People didn't eat them: maybe one each. Then, there they sat to be thrown away. Domino's should be ashamed. I was when I saw what I presented to family and friends.

We got pizza tonight and it was so burnt!!! This stor need to turn down the oven or speed up the table.I have pictures I'll post as well normally it's very good but worst experience in years!!!!
We order here regularly. Typically we don't have many issues. We ordered through the app on 12/23/24 and when we arrived at the store they couldn't find our order and the app said canceled. The manager asked what we ordered and rang up a replacement. She didn't charge us for this one, I'm still waiting to see if the original charge is released. When the order was done and I went to the counter to grab it the bread bites were missing. I pointed this out and the guy checked with the manager who said I never mentioned them. He the proceeded to say "it's free anyway"...

We were so pleased to have Bryce deliver our pizzas. He was so thoughtful and apologized for the delivery being late. We appreciated his kindness and hope he will be our delivery driver for future orders. Domino's is fortunate to have Bryce as an employee. The pizza's were delicious. Thank you so very much!

Halloween night my husband and I wanted pizza. I placed an order. 30 mins past the online delivery time I called and they said it would be a minimum of 2.5 hrs to get it delivered. I canceled the order. The website should have at least said due volume deliveries are running HOURS behind schedule. Today, I ordered again...couldn't find the delivery time option, so I put it in the notes. They called to verify and I couldn't get to my phone fast enough. I called back the message was garbled and I had to wait on hold. By the time I gave up and their vm ...they are delivering immediately NOT at time requested. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Picked up a pizza that was ??? after work tonight. It's Halloween and they were all running around like crazy but still made an excellent pizza for me. Excellent store
On 10/26 I ordered Domino's for my family for dinner. When I arrived at the Domino's on 411 highway to pick up my food, I was shocked and absolutely disgusted to see NOBODY was wearing gloves!! One employee was sweeping the floor, then proceeded to start touching food WITHOUT washing their hands! When they called my name for my order I asked that employee if the kitchen staff ever wore gloves. To which they responded "well no ma'am because the food is going through a 450 degree oven so any germs are being burnt off before you eat it"
Domino's is a MULTI BILLION DOLLAR COMPANY and too cheap to provide gloves to employees for the PUBLIC'S SAFETY?
Never again will I eat Domino's

Tried this Domino's for the first time. Ordered my pizza at 6pm on a Thursday. I called at 7:30 when the app said it still hadn't left for delivery and canceled. Will never order from them again.
I ordered on the app on a Friday so I fully expected this order to take a while. However it has now been over 30 minutes and my order is still being prepared. The parking lot is literally full of other people who have ordered and there is no movement for any of them. 40 minutes now and the tracker says 9-13 minutes until completion and my order is still in prep by Jadelyn which began at the original order time of 44 minutes ago. Too many other restaurants I passed to com here.

So glad you asked the crust was not the old yummy Domino's pizza crust it was like other pizzas out there but not the Domino's Pizza it wasn't the same crust. Disappointed in their salad it was about 10 bucks barely enough for two of us and just do nothing salad it seems they could do better than that.

Usually we get good pizza here and have never had a problem till today, ordered a pizza and got home with it and realized they didn't make it properly, called and the manager was able to rectify the issue, hoping tonight was just a fluke, will still continue to order from here.
