Got burnt/overcooked hash browns and bacon. I couldn’t even eat the hash browns they were so hard. I forced myself to eat the bacon so it wouldn’t be a complete loss! Do better!!

I go here all the time, the short red headed man, curly hair im pretty sure. ALWAYS MAKES MY DRINKS WRONG. I order an iced cappucino with all my normal things in it. HE BLENDED IT. This is atleast the 6th time he’s made my drink completely wrong.

The new six dollar meal is back and man…Is it worth it. The breakfast biscuit on a croissant with cheese, egg and their delicious crunchy, sweet Maple bacon was fabulous. The iced coffee was delicious. The tater tots were just OK, but man that sandwich was delicious. Hope they keep that six dollar special…special.

Probably the worst Dunkin I have ever been to and that's saying a lot. You would think that having several employees would make it easier to handle customers, orders, and attention to the people in line. Retail 101, greet the customer, take their order, make their order, and serve their order. I know that's difficult to do when you do not care and are just trying to make it, maybe a job where you are not customer facing. The lack of replies says everything about this location, they are franchises so this is right on par with that model. The location is really nice, unfortunately it is not enough to retain return customers. There is an old saying that people who have a great experience they tell a few, when they have a terrible experience they tell anyone who will listen, look at the reviews and take them to heart, this location is severely lacking customer service. There is an independent coffee shop right down the road @quick Fix Coffee LLC, spend your money there, they will appreciate it.

Yummy drink with the help of the barista but the service was so...slooow. Glad I wasn't in a hurry. 2 baristas, one of whom was training a new guy. I ordered on the lobby - seemed like drive thru drinks got priority

Their cold brew is super super bitter and strong, to the point you can't taste the sweetener at all, even with extra pumps. If you order cold foam they just put whipped cream, they won't do the foam. Slower drive thru service than other Dunkins. This location also has one of the most poorly designed parking lots / drive thru lanes I've ever seen, PITA to get in and out of here when it's busy
