I got the new ham and Swiss pretzel sliders and was so disappointed.. they’re so cold and soggy :(( but I’ve been to this Dunkin a handful of times and the staff is always super friendly and my coffee and donuts here have always been wonderful! I’ll just skip out on these sliders next time. 🥰

Ordered a Boston cream. No cream. Ordered a hot chai latte. Not hot. And you guys ask for a tip? Absolutely ridiculous.

Everyone's favorite 5am wake up call! Go early or enjoy waiting in line around the block ?
Vegetarian options: Plenty of gluten free, kosher, and vegetarian options.
Dietary restrictions: Plenty of gluten free, kosher, and vegetarian options.
Parking: A dozen or so up front and then again in the back, known for some backup into the street pre-remodel.
Kid-friendliness: Plenty of food options on the menu for kids, inside is pretty minimalist for entertaining though.
Wheelchair accessibility: This location was recently remodeled and they have handicapped parking spaces and a ramped sidewalk.

Won't be going back. My family and I recently visited the store for a quick breakfast. First, the lady who took my order forgot one of my donuts. When I went back to the counter she was filling the cash register with coins (bank roll) using a gloved hand and then she proceeded to grab my donut with the same gloved hand. We also had to wait for our breakfast sandwich for nearly 10 minutes. Floors were sticky and the whole place was total chaos. An awful experience overall.

Wife ordered mobile pick up while I was out. As I walked in to retrieve our order, I find the stickers that say 10f 3 20 of 3 3 of 3 (2 drinks and bag of food). Bag was rolled up with receipt taped to it as if it was complete. I get home a d my son's wake up wrap wasn't in there. Tried to resolve it over the phone due to our plans today but that was unsuccessful. "Company policy won't allow it to be resolved over the phone." So I go back to the store ask to speak to the manage and "Cassie" claimed to be the manager. State my issue and she states she cam refund it or make me another one. I ask for the one we ordered to be made and ask for another $2.99 wake up wrap for compensation for spending additional time away from our family plans to fix their mistake. Cassie seemed as if that was doable and brings a back to the counter. I look in it to see only one wake up wrap. I ask so your not gonna compensate me for your mistake and my time to fixing? She said nope because you only paid for 1!. I said ok, who is in charge of making sure orders are complete before placing them in the pick up area. She said everyone is. I said well... you all need to do better. She claimed she made it right... I stated no you didn't. And walked out. On my way out she was yelling and getting loud with kids and customers in there. I feel like she attempted to humiliate me. Her conflict resolution is horrible. Tabi (THE MANAGER) later called me with no resolution other than saying sorry. I am currently waiting to hear from Ryan (Regional Manager). This was the craziest thing I've ever experienced there. Cassie led me to believe she was taking care of my request, which I feel was reasonable, but she lied. She said she was the manager, she lied. Customer care is gone these days!!!.

I ordered a s'mores cold brew with extra foam with 2 glazed donuts.
The coffee came with the minimum amount of cold foam I've ever seen, no gram cracker crumbs, and the donuts tasted extremely old.
I never review places, but my experience was so horrid I felt obligated.
