Wasn’t busy be here are the things. Food stale and burnt. Coffee burnt. Granulated sugar caressing my taste buds and stuck under my teeth and molars. Coffee tastes a shift old. I don’t know what I did to piss them off. Still ate it because I’m broke. I wanted to be in a good mood but my mood has not changed. Pissed me off so bad I relapsed. I was 5 years clean

With mobile orders, they don't call out names and face the stickers away from customers so you can't see the names on the cups. Bathrooms are kept locked. I can understand that in a big city but suburban Maryville? I preferred Dunkin because they weren't implementing policies that are unfriendly to customers like Starbucks but I guess that's changing

The new young tall girl that works the drive thru window is rude as hell. She needs to be fired, who in the hell does she think she is? She acts like she's better than the people she's serving... Let me guess? She's in nursing school? 🙄

Extremely disappointed with the service at this Dunkin’ location. My wife stopped by the night before my daughter’s birthday party to order five dozen pink donuts. The night manager told her it was good as long as they were available the next morning. When I arrived the next morning to pick them up, the morning manager informed me she could only sell me three dozen—even though they clearly had more available.
I explained that my wife had stopped by the night before specifically to avoid any issues, but she dismissed it and told me that in the future, the order needs to be placed 24 hours in advance. That would have been helpful to know when she was there. While she reluctantly sold me three dozen, it left me scrambling the morning of my daughter’s party and made an already busy day far more stressful than it needed to be.
This kind of inconsistency and poor communication is unacceptable—especially when you’re trying to plan something special for your child.
