Great service and food. Like most places, prices are up post covid. Make sure you install their app if you want to save money. It allows you to earn free food with purchases. Carry out orders are very easy with the pickup rack being right by the door.

I actually love Firehouse subs but the question was, "How did you rate your experience?". I have ordered at least 15 subs over the last few years and my order has never been right. The one I got this time wasn't steamed.

I recently picked up two subs after placing my order on the app. I had the limited time pepperoni meatball sub with added mushrooms. The food was being bagged carefully as I walked in. The online orders pick-up location was clearly marked and the staff were pleasant. When I arrived home, the food was still hot. It was delicious!

The online ordering somehow charged me an extra $4.50. Didn’t realize til after I paid. Don’t know if I’ll be using the app anymore. But the pork and slaw was delicious, just like I remembered.
