while the food was good, it's sad that so called breakfast restaurants doesn't even open early enough to serve breakfast to anyone who works for a living. 7 am is way too late for the average person who works to have time to eat and make it to work. had lunch there, it was great. Hey, your business, your rules. But, y'all should think about changing the name to "second shift", first watch would imply and early rise, which clearly isn't the case.

First Watch was truly a disappointment. We had high expectations going in, but our experience fell far short. To start, my wife ordered a pancake, and it arrived burnt—not just a little overdone, but actually blackened in parts. It was clear someone had just overlooked it, yet they sent it out anyway. Her egg-power bowl wasn’t any better, as it was served cold, as if it had been sitting around for too long. This is supposed to be a warm, hearty dish, but instead, she was picking at something that tasted like it had just come out of the fridge.

On top of that, I ordered a glass of milk expecting it to be cold and refreshing, but it came out at room temperature. Drinking it was out of the question; who wants lukewarm milk with breakfast? These might seem like small issues individually, but when you're paying for a meal, it’s reasonable to expect the basics to be done right. Instead, we left frustrated and disappointed. It felt like no one in the kitchen or on the floor cared about the quality of what was served. Safe to say, we won’t be back anytime soon.

It was very crowded and noisy but the staff is nice and the food was okay but somewhat pricey for eggs, bacon, and toast.

Keep the over priced breakfast. I'll continue supporting waffle house over this place you can get a full breakfast and not half a waffle for 10 dollers.

I love First Watch, but my cinnamon roll at this location was horrible. Dried out, hard,...day old? Bacon was questionable too. Coffee was good!

Amazing staff, so friendly and engaging. Took time to look at my 82 yr old dads dog pictures. Food was so amazing, and the presentation on point. Going to my new favorite place to go.

This place was delicious!!
We had the eggs benedict, and the sauce had like a hint of lemon and it was delightful! Potatoes were a little salty but they were ALSO delicious.
Also, I got the lemon pancakes and they were good and one of their holiday specials!

I have eaten in first watch locations in 5 states and 8 locations and we were exited one was coming to Maryville, TN. We have been there 5 times but unfortunately it started well but the last two meals I have had there were really sub par. Food was over cooked and cold when delivered to the table! This location needs to step up or it will disappear !

Million dollar potatoes were so salty almost not edible. Had to mix it with the rest of the food to eat it. The “golden cinnamon roll” was so hard you had to have a saw to cut it. Biscuit was burnt

Excellent breakfast! I loved the tri-fecta with a really good waffle. Bacon was perfectly cooked.
We did have some issues with service as our waitress kind of disappeared and came back to our table 20 minutes later, even after we asked another waitress if she could go get her.
