Took my daughter and family there for her birthday breakfast. Food was really good, portions were generous and the price was great. 5 adults ate with drank what they wanted, total was 103. Would have spent close to that at McDonalds

We ordered the Trifecta and both waffles were not even room temperature. After a lengthy wait in an almost empty restaurant there was no excuse for the lack of quality we received. The waitress was doing the best she could based on the inept kitchen help she had behind her. None of us will be back

The food came out cold and the waitress said she would take it off our check and just walked away without saying if she was going to place a new order. Approximately 10 minutes later, new food showed up at the table, also cold. Apparently, our waitress did put in a new order without telling us. The waitress did charge us full price for cold food. This is the second time we’ve been here with bad results, no more! At this point, we were starving so we just ate the cold food. Management never came by to check on us and it should be noted that we had to borrow another table’s syrup for the pancakes. We are finding that this generation has difficulty communicating.

Got upset at the customer when their text that our table was ready did not come through. Extremely unprofessional when there was nothing we as the customer could do. Horrible response, ignoring and glaring from hostesses. Would not reccomend this location for their snotty behavior when something doesnt go according to plan. Refused to make eye contact when they sat us down and made effort to make it known that they thought we were in the wrong.
