I want to start by saying I never leave reviews but this is one for the books. I have never in my life experienced such poor customer service like I did at this establishment from both staff and the manager. The lady who answered took our order over the phone didn’t give me a time to come pick up. When I called back and asked what time we should be there to pick it up, she was extremely condescending and told me “it’s always 20 minutes from the time you order” as if I was to know that. We decided to brush it off and go pick up what we ordered. When we arrived the lady was extremely nasty to my husband when he asked for ranch to go with the 20 wings we purchased and called us rude. The manager Katie came and argued with us the entire time not wanting to give my husband a refund after we made the decision that we did not trust the integrity of this restaurant or the food they had made us based off of the way we were treated. She even ended up throwing the food after we gave it back and said verbatim “did you get that on video?”. It was the craziest thing I have ever witnessed and experienced. Thankfully my husband began recording due to how hostile they were treating us and we have it all on tape

The restaurant was pretty nice. The restrooms could use an update. Our server was very nice. We received our food in a timely manner. Our drinks were never empty. Great job!

When I walked in for my pickup order everyone was nice and friendly. My biggest complaint was the food. When I got home the bread sticks were stale. We ordered spaghetti with meat sauce and chicken Parm. The noodles were overcooked and very wet. The chicken was incredibly dry and tasted old. We were incredibly disappointed.
I called in about the terrible quality and the lady was nice and agreed to mail me a gift card.
But we unfortunately will not be going back to this location based on the food quality.
