It says family owned but if you order for delivery they charge 7.99 for delivery and say another company does the delivery and they also charge a fee......buyers be warned!!74.05 for 2 pizzas.

This was great. I didn't see some of what other reviewers posted. It was reasonably well lit for an italian restaurant. (Aubreys is dark, this was fine.) It was adequately clean. Not perfect but fine. Table and plates and silverware were clean. A few bits of stuff on the floor - but I got there after the main dinner rush. Pizza was very good. I will make a few tweaks the next time i order but it was a great flavor sauce. Perfect crust. Slightly light on the toppings. This is likely to become my new regular pizza place. I look forward to going back to try other stuff. The chocolate cheesecake was meh. The coffee was disappointing. The server was awesome (Hannah, I think ) - super responsive, frequent checks to ensure I was taken care of.

You will normally not find me giving bad reviews because I realize everyone has bad days sometimes. However, the service at this location has gone WAY down in the last 6 months or so. My husband and I usually eat here at least once a week. Yesterday evening we went in and was greeted by an unfriendly host who basically threw our menus and silverware on the table. We waited more than 10 minutes and several wait staff kept walking past us but no one ever acknowledged we were there. We finally just got up and walked out and no one said a word to us. This isn’t the first time that’s happened, but we’ve never had to wait that long. The restaurant only had about 6 tables total that were occupied, so it’s not like they were packed.We have frequented this place for over 10 years but not anymore.

Not good, not bad. The host was rude and the server didn't recommend anything on the menu. They stuck us in the back corner of the restaurant and had to wait for a high chair and stood waiting for someone to acknowledge that my toddler needed a high chair. When the food came the server nearly dropped a plate of spaghetti on my child. I come to Knoxville often but definitely won't be back. My in laws said this location is slower than their other locations. I know why. Won't be back to this location
