We have tried this place several times and have had an issue every single time. From missing food, wrong items, missing toppings or ingredients to terrible service. We won't go back!

Went to the drive through ordered there 5$ bag. They were very short at the speaker. Then asked me to pull to a parking spot and they would bring my food out. 3 other orders behind me got finished and left. Finally got my order after 20 min of waiting. The food was cold and not fresh. Really aggravating after waiting for 20 min to get one small order and it wasn't fresh. This has happened multiple times. I suggest not parking when they ask. Just sit at the window and run there timer. At least your food will be fresh.

It's quick and easy, but constantly screwing up orders or just not giving complete orders. I don't know who the hell owns the store, but you need to hire better staff or start holding them accountable for their mistakes.

We had a quick dinner before we headed to Pigeon Forge. The staff were nice and friendly. The food was good and reasonably priced. The place had a lot of seating and seemed like it was a slow night. On the downside, drink stations needed some cleaning, wet floor sign should have been removed and men’s restroom smelled really bad.

I was given a Hardee's gift card. We stopped at the 411 Maryville location on our way to work. They had about 8 to 10 employees working with only 1 cashier running the register. We waited about 10 minutes while the cashier struggled to take a mentally impaired customers order. The employees didn't bother to help or open another register. I ordered a number 1 sandwich only and a chicken blt club sandwich only. Only 2 items. You would think with 8 employees it would be hard to mess up right? I received a chicken sandwich with only pickles on it! So angry! I did not have time to return it. The other sandwich was old and lukewarm. If you enjoy roulette and old food this location is for you. I will never go to this location again. I over paid for a disgusting sandwich that wasn't even close to what I ordered and who puts pickles on a fried chicken sandwich!!! Check your order folks! Better yet completely avoid this trainwreck of a location.
