It's quick and easy, but constantly screwing up orders or just not giving complete orders. I don't know who the hell owns the store, but you need to hire better staff or start holding them accountable for their mistakes.

We had a quick dinner before we headed to Pigeon Forge. The staff were nice and friendly. The food was good and reasonably priced. The place had a lot of seating and seemed like it was a slow night. On the downside, drink stations needed some cleaning, wet floor sign should have been removed and men’s restroom smelled really bad.

I was given a Hardee's gift card. We stopped at the 411 Maryville location on our way to work. They had about 8 to 10 employees working with only 1 cashier running the register. We waited about 10 minutes while the cashier struggled to take a mentally impaired customers order. The employees didn't bother to help or open another register. I ordered a number 1 sandwich only and a chicken blt club sandwich only. Only 2 items. You would think with 8 employees it would be hard to mess up right? I received a chicken sandwich with only pickles on it! So angry! I did not have time to return it. The other sandwich was old and lukewarm. If you enjoy roulette and old food this location is for you. I will never go to this location again. I over paid for a disgusting sandwich that wasn't even close to what I ordered and who puts pickles on a fried chicken sandwich!!! Check your order folks! Better yet completely avoid this trainwreck of a location.

I ordered 3 scrambled eggs and 2 sausage patties. It came out with only 1 pattie and the eggs looked like only 1 egg. So I went back in and talked to the Lady manager. She argued with me over the egg amount and insisted that was 3 eggs. Then told me they only charged me for 1 sausage pattie. She gave me one but she was not happy but neither am I. Maybe it is Bidenomics or maybe the manager's attitude but I will not be back as long as she is there. This has happened more than once.

Their breakfast is phenomenal. Lunch? Well, I quite enjoy their hand breaded chicken strips, but they're burgers lack a little to be desired. As far as the employees go, they're always some of the nicest most understanding, sweetest people you're ever going to meet. Always very apologetic if you're way is extensive. All in all, one of my favorite breakfast places in the mornings because they serve breakfast all the way up until noon, which most places don't do so. For someone like me who isn't a very early riser, I still have a chance to get my favorite double loaded omelette biscuit and which I always have to make it a double. I didn't know you could do that until a short while ago. The regular loaded omelette biscuit is banging in itself but when you double that there's nothing better
They have good food but sometimes forget to do custom burger options. My mums diabetic so we usually order a plain burger with nothing but cheese and they've messed it up 3 out of 5 times now.
I love their fries, they are big, crispy, salty, tasty.
I'd go there just for the fries.

This was absolutely disgusting paid a ton of money for nasty food .. I will never go back ..food was cold old and nasty .. horrible waste of something that could be good . I have worked in the restaurant industry and fast food as well and this is unacceptable.. I have pictures
