Always love a Hardee's or Carl's Jr breakfast sandwich. Nothing bad to say. It was a safe quick breakfast meal when running late.

Very poor, sad, and flat out rude customer service experience. This location has lost my business.
Stopped on Saturday 2/15/25 at about 8:30, 9 am to get breakfast. Order at the drive thru with the AI. AI repeats my order but left out an item, I hurriedly shouted the item and then was told that it wasn't available. No problem there. Employee comes on retakes the order. Get to the window and the girl working the window and another employee were shouting, very clearly, insulting and making fun of me, the customer, because I had quickly shouted my order since the AI left an item out the first time I ordered and didn't tell me it wasn't available. I spoke up to the girl at the window that it was not ok what they were doing and she proceeded to argue back with me trying to justify her rude insulting actions. I asked for a manager and she proudly stated "well I am a manager". Needless to say I took my business else where and will from now on.

I don't appreciate talking to a computer who gets my order wrong on top of it! Employees smoking at the drive through line are causing smoke to waft into my car.

Busy, but it didn't take long to be served. They have the hands down best country ham biscuit anywhere. I don't often come here, but it is a treat when I do. Pleasant atmosphere of retirees having fellowship and food together. My husband says he is going to join them when he retires in a few years. I told him to go easy on that. Many of the health problems I heard them discussing probably had to do with too many Hardees meals! :-)

Parking: Parking lot is ample, but they were working short staffed and had to have the delivery trucks pull up near the door for customers to make it easier for the manager and driver to bring supplies in this way. Had to ask one customer to move his truck. Not a big deal.

Wheelchair accessibility: Easy single story access.

Most miserable Hardies experience ever. I don’t know if it’s because of the new virtual assistant taking twice as long to order for everybody or if you have about half as many people working as you need, but it took 30 minutes to get in and out. You could barely get in the parking lot at 10 AM Because the line was so long

And I was already putting this together before I learned that they didn’t put my tater tots in the bag. And I don’t have time to go back and get them because I’m already late because I didn’t budget for 30 minutes in the parking lot.

This was the saddest fast food experience. There are possibly only 2 employees working the dinner "rush" tonight. I'm sure no one wants to barely make enough to live while also being subjected to furious customers who can't see the two people working are doing their best. I believe one was a manager and the other was a new employee who could only make drinks, it seemed. I can't say the food was bad or great, but the situation at this store is a common scene in this economy, unfortunately. If trickle down doesn't start trickling, the situation will only continue to worsen. Shame on this corporation to allow these two young, hard-working human beings be expected to work like this. And I guarantee they will neither one will be thriving at life while district managers ride them for lacking in sales (from what I saw was 6 losses in my 30min wait). When they should be given a bonus and a paid week off to recover from the stress they endured. And the business closed until they can provide adequate employees a decent wage. Anyways... it's not just this location or just this chain.... it's our greedy profitering elite at fault, and a mass amount of fearful citizens who don't feel they have the power to stop it. Let us eat cake will be their solution and they will see soon enough.

Awful. You can catch and cook your own breakfast before they can take your order. Recommend you go somewhere else.
