Probably the best Hardee's I've ever seen. Despite having a small crew, one can tell they take pride in their cooking and presentation. The doctored/edited photos kf a new item may seem faked but tbe cooks here fk their best to make it real. Not to me tjkn tbe speed at which they operate despite the short staffed restaurant.

Good job sll around! I wish I could do that job half as well as Y

Always slow. Never had any food items at ready including deserts and drinks. Leave out silverware for breakfast multiple times a week and get an attitude when you let them know they forgot it last time and STILL have to pull back around to get silverware at this point they are being cheeky. Idk maybe pay them more or humble them. Or maybe have your managers hold some accountability and have the menu available during business hours.

Typical Hardee's. Over worked under paid didn't give me my hash browns eggs greasey and burnt coffee cold and strong gravy lumpy and luke warm biscuit hard. And crowded my word a hopping place. They got the order right very slow they did their best great location with a good team. Bare with them and wait food is typical Hardee's love you all !

I was just at Hardees and when I checked the bag before leaving the hashbrowns were literally black with dirty grease and half my food was missing. I went in to complain and the staff acted like it was my fault and said there was nothing they cold do. There is absolutely something they could do, change the grease before you open for the day or turn off the fryers and stop serving people until you fix it. I was refunded for two of three hashbrowns only after threatening to call health department.

I stopped and got food last night the parking lot was completely empty which should have given me a clue not to eat there. Order the double cheeseburger and heard the manager Ashley tell the guy in the back not to worry about going to get more meat they gave me one patty on my double cheeseburger and it took forever for my order to be ready.

This is the 3rd time I've place a mobile order and had to wait. We placed our order 30 minutes ago and just pulled up and at first they acted like they didn't have it and then found it. So then I had to wait at the window for 7 more minutes for a mobile order and there's no one else here. This is crazy.

Went here last night at 9 PM and ordered a mushroom Swiss burger through the drive through. The lady at the drive through window was very rude. The hamburger was fresh and good though.

They literally deserve 0 stars. My son changed his mind about 3 tenders for 7 dollars, so when I asked the man at the window if he could take them off he mocked me running his mouth. That’s good customer service? I think not. Then slammed the window in my face when all he had to do was remove something off of the register, and I can almost guarantee the tenders were not fresh. If you hate your job go somewhere else. Everyone has bad days but that’s no reason to be rude and mock other people. Over 3 tenders … someone needs to fire KYLE!

I had to wait on food and burgers were cold. The young male employees working this shift were cussing up a storm over someone not showing up for work and for the person who orders food and supplies not doing it right. Thankfully no children were in there, for the B & F words being throwed around.
