Pulled up to the drive thru, waited for several minutes, then watched another car pull up to the other speaker and order right away after I had been sitting there waiting to order then they were rude when taking the order. Then they took so long preparing the order in front of me that shouldn’t have been in front of me I just left. 15 minutes in a drive thru when there are only two customers is pretty rediculous, could’ve been longer I didn’t wait to find out

The last two times I have been the meat on my burgers is burnt and dried out. So much so that as a worker I would be embarrassed to serve it. Every time I try to like Hardee’s I am always reminded of why I don’t. Do better! Just read prior reviews and see that apparently the owner doesn’t plan on improving. Will not be back!

Employees were smoking near where I placed my drive through order and near the pick up order. This was a disgusting experience and I won’t order food if I drive up and experience this again. Or if I place the order and at the pick up window smell cigarette smoke, I will leave without the food ordered and not pay.
Skip it. Stopped for breakfast 3 times in last few months. Counter person taking orders every time just stares at you like dealing with you is unbearable. Every time, between 8 and 9 am, there was no coffee ☕️ in self serve urn. Every time I politely informed counter person. Every time they just looked at me and looked away. Waited 15 minutes for coffee. One is a coincidence, twice is a pattern, third time I’m out. Won’t be back!

Just stopped by on my lunch break and my curfew burger and chicken sandwich was not fresh. I'm highly disappointed. My last time ordering there will be going to cook out down the street from more on. Fast food should me fresh as well!!
