YALL!!!! i highly recommend coming in and getting to know the sweet lady who owns this god driven business! not only does she make you feel so welcoming, she has the biggest heart! i love getting know her more and more each time i go in to get a casanova 🫶🏽 heck, i feel as if you just came in to just say hi, she would be just as happy! she has a heart of gold and you can just tell she is the daughter of our father! such a family loving woman and i could quit my job and just spend all day with her! stop by and try a tea, shake or coffee✨✨✨✨

Just finished a delicious and refreshing smoothie called the Chocolate Elvis. It is chocolate, peanut butter, and banana. It was tasty AND guilt-free, and it was just what the doctor ordered as a quick meal replacement after I spent all morning walking about seven miles around South Knoxville's Park and trail system for exercise.

My only regret is that I am leaving town tomorrow AM as my vacation ends, and I didn't find out about this place sooner. Shelly/Shelley, the owner, is very friendly, and I enjoyed having a nice conversation with her and meeting her daughter. With the exception of some very iffy weather during my visit to Maryville/Alcoa I had a great time overall, so I plan to come back here soon for another vacation to hit sites I missed this time around. When I come back I will be coming here everyday! At $9.88 it was very reasonably-priced, too, considering you will spent a few dollars more than that for a less nutritious quick lunch at a place like Chipotle or Five Guys.

Visiting town from PA and decided to stop in today to try this place out after a long morning of hiking and exploring Ijams Nature Center and Forks of the River up in South Knoxville. Shelly, the owner, was working, and I really enjoyed interacting with her and getting to chat a bit. I had a few questions, and she answered them thoroughly and to my satisfaction. I also got to meet her daughter, who was also there. I ordered a chocolate Elvis. This drink was chocolate, banana, and peanut butter. VERY refreshing on this hot day. I walked about 7 miles this morning and feel VERY rejuvenated now that I have just finished it! It restored me, and now I will probably go out for a run soon on the local town trail. Drink was $9.88. That is reasonable considering you would spend a couple dollars more at a place like Chipotle or Five Guys for a meal that was far less healthy and far less nourishing. Support local! I am proud to say I have tried to make it an effort to support local my whole trip here, and I hope you will, too, and will give Heritage Nutrition your business!

Great local small business. If you haven't tried a loaded teas, or found a protein shake you like give Heritage a try. The recommdation of a white snicker bar shake was really tasty. Always greeted with a warm welcome.

If you’re looking for a small family owned business with delicious drinks this is it! The shakes are great but what really sets this place apart from any other shop is, Shelly! She is friendly and you feel like family when you walk in. Anyone looking for a great meal replacement shake or a HEALTHY energy drink, I would highly recommend.

Visited Heritage nutrition around a half hour ago and I just wanted to say the facilities where top notch along with the product. The only thing better was the service by the two young ladies working. Good job guys.
