A GOOD THING GONE BAD!Jaboni's when first opened was authentic NY style pizza. I know because I lived a few miles from where the original owner operated in NY. I Watched as the quality and quantity of food gradually went down after the original owner sold the store and opened another one in Knoxville. At this time the Maryville store is no where near "The taste of Long Island." This was my last visit. The crust was wider which made the actual pie smaller. Almost no sign of sauce and just enough cheese to barely cover the pie. I awoke several times in the night with stomach cramps and running to the bathroom. The cramps are not as bad now but still running. These owners have taken a good thing and made it bad. I would guess that the cost of good ingredients has made them compromise on quality.

I want to warn others of the horrors here. First and foremost, they can’t seem to get orders correct. Every time I’ve come here, something is missing from my order or just completely wrong. Customer service is laughable at best; constant passive aggressive comments, calling customers “boss,” and getting upset with the customer when concerns are brought up. (Please just scroll thru Google reviews and you will see these truths come to life in the “owner’s” comments.) Finally, and most importantly, the food may not be fully cooked. Last pizza I ordered was entirely dough in the middle. For $33 per pizza, disappointed is the least I can say. If you’re debating whether or not you should eat here, here’s your sign: DON’T. Save your money, your health, and your peace of mind.

As a new York pizza man....this actually the best around in my opinion. Bar none. Calamari Sicilian pizza and grandma. Margherita. Come on it screams NY and it's what it should be.

The pizza is fine but for as oily as it is it sure lacks any flavor or seasoning.
The pizza is normally always spot on, perfect amount of cheese and sauce. We got 2 large pies to go and when we got home the pies had barely any sauce on them. I took both pies back and told them there was no sauce. The manager looked at it and shrugged his shoulders and the girl started making 2 more. We took them back home and still barely any sauce. Even though the manager said they added extra sauce. Pictures of my first pizza and "remade" pizza. Not pleased this time around.

Our first visit to Jaboni’s Maryville pizza and both food and service were outstanding! The restaurant was crowded on Saturday, and easy to see why. We had Grandma’s pan pizza with 5 toppings - be sure to include extra cheese- and it may have be the best pizza in Knoxville. From the next table, the calamari looked good and we will be back to try it. Great job GM Matt Chapman and team !
