Was disappointed that my family and I took a drive out here yesterday (an hour away) to have some of what I heard was some of the best Jamaican/Caribbean food in the area- only to find that the place was closed and locked up, all lights off. The sign on the door said it is open from 11am-8pm on Saturdays and it read "open" online. I arrived there at 6:30pm. While I was at the door, shocked and disappointed, I called the number just to see if I could get through to someone- anyone and nothing went through.Really wanted to try some of the food I read great reviews on and heard about- but wasn't able to.

They were out of two items we wanted; Goat Curry and Plantains. I ordered the Jerk Chicken with Red Beans and Rice and the Slaw. The slaw was fantastic!But the chicken was bland and dry and had been sitting in a warmer served with the Jerk sauce on the side and the Red Beans and Rice was mostly rice and had no flavor.The chicken would have been 10 times better had it been marinated in medium jerk and freshly grilled with spicy jerk available as a side option for those wanting a kick.Companion had Chicken Curry which he said was ok but nothing to write home about.For dessert we shared the Rum Cake with ice cream and the cake was ok but nothing noteworthy.Parking: Plenty of parking

Wonderful food, people and atmosphere!! Rockys is the place to go!!
Had a private party at Rockys. The food was amazing. The BBQ SAUCE IS VERY VERY GOOD!!! Fries was really good as well. The mac & cheese was really different it has a bite and a taste of ranch.. very different i personally didn't like it.

You will be surprised and glad you stopped here. Very large wrap around parking lot if your driving something larger.Recommend the green beans and french fries, i know sounds like nothing special, although when you get a taste you will eat them before main meal. Never had such tasty green beans.We had the #2 and #3 lunch special. They shut down between lunch and supper to change menu items. Curry food in evening. Fries are cut and made to order, not sitting under a lamp. Meat just fell off rib bones with fingers.

This place is absolutely amazing! The chicken is big, it's "Foghorn Leghorn" size! I mean, it's just amazing. The Cabbage is life altering. It's soul searching good! You have to try this place!!!!!!!!

My wife and I were visiting from NC and decided to eat some good Jamaican food. This place is absolutely amazing the flavors are out of this world and the employees are very pleasant!!! Next time we visit we will definitely grab a few plates from here!

Brisket was delicious.Goat Curry was tender and yummy.The BBQ sauce and the jamaican ketchup went fantastic on fresh, hot spicy fries!Will go back!
Really really really really good "home-cooked" food. Beef patties are my favorite, and this is one of the only places in Blount Co to get good "curry". Home-made sauces on the side (scotch bonnet XXX for the brave). Don't sleep on the daily specials either. The rum cake dessert is an occasional nice treat for after your meal.

We drive from Knoxville to eat at Rocky's, it's our favorite. Curry chicken is THE BEST!
