Third time in a row, ordered online, went to pick up and no order. Again told, we made it, someone must have taken it. They reprinted receipt and said they would remake, after other orders were made. Waited 30 minutes to remake, they messed up two sandwiches, left out a third, but, hey, they did get 2 right. And they picture is a $10 chipotle chicken bowl. At this point I would say the worst restaurant in town and am probably giving too much credit!!!!

Picked up a to go order lettuce on sandwiches is completely brown and old , very disappointed that the employees couldn’t figure out they should throw it away. If I didn’t live 25 minutes from the store I’d return the subs how much I spent.

I just came back from the rod run in pigeon forge and I decided to drop by to grab a sub and just relax. I'll say when I walked in, the atmosphere felt great, staff were wonderful. Donna and the rest of the staff were great when I showed up around 10:20ish. Made my sub and it was amazing. I'd have to keep coming here more and more

I usually come in the daytime and everything is usually fresh. I recently visited in the evening and wish I wouldnt have. Between the unfriendly worker and lower quality of the food, i do not believe i will be back. There was only 4 pieces of roast beef and 3 slices of cheese on my regular roast beef and Provolone.. In the daytime the sandwich is so full of meat and cheese, thats what hooked me in the beginning. Very disappointed.

We came in 15 min before closing time. As soon as we walked in the employees all rolled their eyes and were clearly irritated the whole time. The only thing said to us was “what do you want” and our total. It’s been a long time since I’ve experienced such rude customer service.

What ever they put in my sub that was not edible to eat is not cool .
