Staff was extremely Rude. Took them 15 mins to make one sandwich when it wasn't Busy at all. Everyone was standing around talking and talking crap instead of working.

Chris provides the kind of smile and kind of service that makes it worth coming back everyday even if the quality of the food was subpar. The fact that both the food and service were were fantastic is why I actually made it a point to get out of my car to go in and shake his hand, introduce myself and thank him for giving us the best service we’d ever received here. If Chris isn’t the one running this company, he should be. What a Stud! Thanks again Chris!

Terrible disappointment sandwich had no vegetables or meat wrap was mainly wrapped no meat will not be back

Menu and food was very good. I really like their tuna salad. This location was not clean. The dining room floor was sticky. The baseboards worry noticably filthy. Men's restroom especially dirty. Even the light switch cover was dirty and needed cleaning. Dirty plunger beside the toilet and even a couple of roaches crawling around on the floor.

I’ve been a huge fan of Jimmy John’s for years and it’s usually fast. Tonight I went to the one in Maryville and waited 10 mins at the mic to just place my order and then waited another 10 mins before getting my (1) turkey sandwich. 20 mins, no apology for wait. Poor customer service. I eat at the one in Knoxville all the time but I will never be back to Maryville. I was so excited when we go one as it’s only a couple miles from my house.

Got an order for take out, gave them a tip and then they made me bag my own food even though they laid down the food right next to the bag... doesn't seem very customer friendly 😕 🙄

This location isn't very good. The first thing is, the prices you pay don't match what the menu price says. Menu stated the toasted combo is $12, but they charged me $12.89. I questioned the price, and the cashier girl just said that is what the computer says. She even looked up at the menu and said oh. She never offered to match the price or even say sorry. While we were eating, an employee walked by, assuming it was a manager, and I told her about the price, she looked at the menu and said she would get with the IT people. She did thank me for letting her know, but I was never offered a refund for the difference or any compensation. They are responsible for honoring the price listed. Also, I went to the restroom and it was out of toilet paper and didn't look like it had been cleaned today. It was only 11:30 so they just opened. It should have been clean and stocked. This is too bad because the food is good. The sandwiches are very filling. Just make sure to check the prices when you pay.

Definitely does not live up to its namesake. They were not terribly busy and it still took 25 minutes to get to sandwiches. Then I was just handed my sandwiches and pickles and I said the order was to go can I have a bag and looked at me like I was stupid.

The poor employees working yesterday evening were running in rough shape. They were left set up very well and guy hammered. Out of bread when we arrived, except for Little John's. So we all ate those. Thank you to the 3ppl working thru that mess! You did an excellent job. Very kind, polite and attentive. A+++++ job!
