Went in to get a couple of sandwiches the other night. First thing I noticed was how clean this place was. The counter staff was nice and quick with the order. I got two #11 Country Club sandwiches on white. The bread was good and the meat was flavorful with lettuce and mayo. I've always liked Jimmy John's if I'm getting a cold sub. It's a big sub at a fair price. I thought the sandwiches were good and was satisfied with everything. Lot's of reviews were less than stellar but my experience was very good. I would recommend this location for a good cold sandwich.

We went thru the drive thru so not really commenting on the atmosphere. Fast food sandwich dinner for two people cost us $36.24. Everything is higher these days but for this IMHO fairly steep price I'd expect the sandwich to not be a tightly compressed brick with bread partially dehydrated into "extra-firm" consistency, not to mention downright chewy. Gives new meaning to the term "club sandwich". The guy at the register couldn't have been friendlier, they are always friendly at this location. But... like I said for this money I dunno, I guess I expected something better.

Normally I go to JJ’s when I’m in a hurry and the subs are always fine. My order was ready at pickup but there appeared to be only one employee in the store and she was speaking into her headset, probably to the drive thru. I had ordered the new Mediterranean wrap to take home (about 15 min away). What a mistake! There was so much oil and vinegar it seeped through the first wrapping. Thankfully the second wrapping contained the it because it was not in any other container like a bag. Eating it was a MESS! Oil and vinegar dripping like a faucet. I could not taste or find the hummus which is the primary reason I ordered the wrap in the first place. Very disappointed in this special offering. I threw away the second half. Too much work for very little reward. You can do better Jimmy John’s.

The 1st time was great because I was starving and had worked late and just ate it,the second time I got my sub to find out it was loaded with mostly turkey that had large black spots in the meat! I'm very picky and my food seeing all the nasty meat has completely changed my mind about this place! They have great potential but the meat quality must change, this is not acceptable!

Let me say this, I don’t usually do reviews, but that’s how bad of a taste my experience at this JJs left in my mouth. I had never been to Jimmy John’s before, but my husband loves it so I agreed to go with him. Imagine my surprise when I walk in and the first thing I hear, literally within a minute of walking in, is one of the older man in the back say, “Are they going to order something or just stand around?” I thought I imagined it so I looked back at the menu to figure out what I wanted. Well, I looked for another minute or so maybe and the same man hollers from the back, “We just got totally slammed for dinner, folks!!!” Safe to say, I told my husband I wasn’t eating there and left. I left two stars because my husband enjoyed his food, and the younger workers looked appalled at the older worker’s behavior. Safe to say, Jimmy John’s is none and done for me.

Bearded guy making the sandwiches greeted us, recognized we had an online order and got it to us.
Then he made a sandwich that can only be described as "Sent to us by God Almighty Herself."
Ordered online got home and the order was all screwed up, I called them and all they did was tell me to come back. I have a special needs son and it's not that easy to do.

I got food poisoning unfortunately from my first visit on 04/11. I got an unwrapped beach meal and became extremely ill after consuming. I called to inform the location and I’m hoping that the message will be forwarded to the General Manager to avoid others having that experience.

Not sure what’s going on at the Maryville location but today was THIRD time in a row that my order was wrong!!! Today I ordered a country club with extra cheese. It did not have any turkey and there were only two slices of ham for an 8in sub! I won’t be ordering from here any longer!
