Got an order for take out, gave them a tip and then they made me bag my own food even though they laid down the food right next to the bag... doesn't seem very customer friendly 😕 🙄

This location isn't very good. The first thing is, the prices you pay don't match what the menu price says. Menu stated the toasted combo is $12, but they charged me $12.89. I questioned the price, and the cashier girl just said that is what the computer says. She even looked up at the menu and said oh. She never offered to match the price or even say sorry. While we were eating, an employee walked by, assuming it was a manager, and I told her about the price, she looked at the menu and said she would get with the IT people. She did thank me for letting her know, but I was never offered a refund for the difference or any compensation. They are responsible for honoring the price listed. Also, I went to the restroom and it was out of toilet paper and didn't look like it had been cleaned today. It was only 11:30 so they just opened. It should have been clean and stocked. This is too bad because the food is good. The sandwiches are very filling. Just make sure to check the prices when you pay.

Definitely does not live up to its namesake. They were not terribly busy and it still took 25 minutes to get to sandwiches. Then I was just handed my sandwiches and pickles and I said the order was to go can I have a bag and looked at me like I was stupid.

The poor employees working yesterday evening were running in rough shape. They were left set up very well and guy hammered. Out of bread when we arrived, except for Little John's. So we all ate those. Thank you to the 3ppl working thru that mess! You did an excellent job. Very kind, polite and attentive. A+++++ job!

Would’ve been good if they didn’t drown the sandwich in oil and vinegar. I stopped here for lunch and used my free sandwich reward for this besides paying $1 to add cheese on it. This was my first time at this location and the sandwich was not well put together at all. Im not sure if they just threw it together because it was a free sandwich or what but it was very disappointing because of the overwhelming vinegar taste. The oil and vinegar leaked through the wrapping around the sandwich and onto the napkins inside the bag.

You could break a brick with this bread. It's like a crouton sandwich. They must store it on their roof for three days to dry in the sun. I don't even want to eat it. At least the meat and cheese were ok. Prob need to eat less carbs.

Ordered a sandwich, chips, and drink to be delivered via the Jimmy John website; asked for it to be delivered to me at 12.45 pm. 1.00 pm came with no meal so I called and was told that the third party delivery service that I used had not picked up the order and they had no idea when it would be delivered. I said that I was using their driver and was told that they had to call a third party delivery service and would receive my meal in the next 5 minutes. At 1.20 I still had no meal so I called again and was told my meal was still there waiting to be picked up. I asked for them to cancel my order and refund my money at this point.
Served Ice cold sandwiches. . Bacon and cheese included. Didn't bother stating they had no way of warming or toasting the sandwich. Also, advertising their bourbon sandwich that they no longer have.

Never go inside to order. They favor the drive thru window since timing stats are kept on that. 20 minutes it took inside after mobile order was submitted. Watched 6 cars after where I would've been in line go by.

Stopped here for a particular sandwich we saw advertised but turns out this location stopping doing that promotion, bummer. Saw on the wall they had some smoked cheddar chicken sandwich, opted for that, but was disappointed to find out they were out of cheddar and chicken, the essence of that particular sandwich, bummer. They only had pork to substitute, and apparently only offer provolone in ALL their sandwiches and then randomly remembered they could also use shaved parmesan. That sounded acceptable, but i was mildly disappointed at the taste, like something was missing. Oh well.
