Who closes a restaurant in the middle of the day?? I've wanted to try this place, but this proves I haven't been missing anything

Staff are always pleasant and attentive. I love the sushi menu. It has a ton of options and everything I've tried has been amazing. The Thai menu is just as good, which makes it hard to narrow down what you want. I definitely recommend ordering to share, because you'll want to try everything!

Middle of the road atmosphere and service but what was truly disappointing was ordering from their specials menu and gettting a relatively flavorless Basil infused Fish/shellfish dish, which was marked as spicy 🌶️ but had no spice at all. When I asked about it I was told everyone handles spice differently, but this had none.

This was my FAVORITE place to get thai food for the longest time. I got some pad thai and drunken noodles to go here after not coming for many months and was extremely disappointed.. I asked for dinner portions during lunch and the containers were barely half full. The pad thai had no flavor and the sauce was watery. Hardly any chicken to be found in it too. The drunken noodles were dry and flavorless as well. Me and my girlfriend couldn't even finish our meal. For almost.$40 dollars this was extremely disappointing.. I'm just shocked because this the best place to get thai food in Maryville. I will not be coming back unless I hear major changes have been made.
Was seated shortly after entering the establishment. However, we were not served here after waiting for 15 minutes in a not busy restaurant. Staff kept walking by. 2 people were working tables and 3 were standing at the front counter just talking.

I gave lemongrass a 5 star seven years ago. This place was amazing! They have great sushi. We have not been in at least a year. Today we go in and order. As we are finishing up our meal, I notice a roach crawling on the wall. I flagged our waitress. She apologized and let the manager know. I know things like this happen if extermination is not a regular thing in restaurants, but from reading two other reviews within the past two years with similar problems, I'm wondering what has happened with this place. I sure hope this gets under control quick. It has always been one of our favorite restaurants.

My first visit to Lemon Grass was met with a rude waiter and a long wait for my food. I was hoping that the food would make up for the poor service but alas, it did not. The Thai fried rice arrived to my table somewhat cool and lacked flavor. The sushi was decent, but not worth a special trip to get from here.

Walked through the door at 830 on Friday night. Hostess looked at us like what do you want? My wife asked for a table for 2. Hostess rolled her eyes and said they will have to get a table ready. We said ok. She then turned to us and said you do know we close in 30 minutes. It was quite obvious we were not welcome so we left and wont be back. We didnt know they closed at 9 but it was 830. Wish restaurants would let everyone know when they would no longer like to take customers. We went across the street to Aubreys and had excellent service.
