I went there to order a pizza. I was the only person in the whole store nobody came out I stood there the music was so loud you couldn't hear somebody screaming if they were getting murdered cuz you couldn't hear that music was so loud two more people come in nobody even came to see if we were here papers and hello hello. I haven't walked back and said hi and waved at a guy who is washing his hands at the sink that pretended not to see me and then somebody reached his head around the corner and yelled at everybody to get there as quick as he could. He was rude people were there for a long time and that's a garbage way to treat people I didn't stay I went somewhere else for my pizza. You've got a good product but when you got garbage customer service like that that just says you have no respect for the people that want to come there and support your local business .

Young man came up to help (yes I know it was close to closing and I asked if they happened to have something) and he talked so low that I could barely hear him... still got my wife's pizza added a little treat for her also got home. I still haven't ground the appeal of this pizza, over priced and mediocre at best

Ordered my food at 8pm. Employees didn't have my food prepared. Ignored me once I came into the store. Finally got the employees attention about the food and he said it will be ready in few. When I got it was just threw my in a box. I was disappointed in my service.

Never have anything hot and ready waste of time order 30 minutes ahead and be prepared to wait 30 more minutes before it’s ready better off going to dominoes or pizza hut

Hot and Ready is not accurate. Never anything ready and somehow still never hot. I came in a couple weeks ago. No online orders. No one in line. They had nothing ready. Nothing going in the ovens. Stood at the front of the store 15 mins woth no one coming to the front when I saw 4 employees in the back and addressed me with someone will help you soon. Quality is terrible especially for the price. I can go to any other pizza store around and get the same price for pizza at this point and have better quality.

Was shorted a crazy bread unfortunately didn't realize til I got home because I was in a rush to pick my son up from daycare and get him home to feed him dinner tried to call to see if they could maybe set one aside and I'd swing back by after my son was put down for the night but couldn't get anyone to pick up the phone. Not to mention everyone was in the back and not a single person working the front when I came by granted it was a mobile order but I came back in to see if I could get garlic butter and they noticed me come in but nobody wanted to come to the front to help I could have just walked out with them but I'm an honest person so I didn't. But everyone was just in the back and cutting up won't answer the phone when there is an issue very unprofessional.
If I could give it any negative Stars I would. I had to stand in there for 20 minutes waiting for a guy to come around and then charge me for a pizza that had been in the hot box all day long and he walked away and ignored me and then wouldn't come back to the front of the store after the transaction was done. I would really love for this whole transaction to be reviewed by management and to have something done about it. The employee that I had 30 seconds of interaction with or less was completely disrespectful and out of line

I'll never forget being hired here and on my first day looking out of the front windows to see one of my tires going flat, asking the toothless manager if I could run to an air machine so that I'd be able to drive to a tire shop once I got off and her telling me No. She actually stunk. Take a look at who is making your pizza before you purchase!
