Was in Drive Thru Lane 1 with two cars ahead of me. It was the same in Lane 2. Once the two cars ahead of me gave their orders McDonalds turned off Lane 1speaker and was only taking orders in Lane 2. Cars behind me were backing up and going to Lane 2. After about ten cars put in orders in Lane 2 I was fed up. I went forward got out of my vehicle and reported it at the pay window. The worker yelled turn on Lane 1. I got back in my vehicle with three hungry people and headed someplace else.

The night crew can never get an order correct. I’m don’t complain usually but I’ve lived here for two years and this is a consistent issue. I ordered through the app, (TH98 if management sees this) got a Bacon QP meal and a Buffalo Ranch Snack wrap.
I requested no pickle and no mustard, add mayo on the sandwich. It came with xtra pickles and ketchup. No onions, no mayo, No bacon, and extra pickles.
They gave me a regular ranch snack wrap with a super small chicken tender in there instead of the correct chicken from the snack wrap.

The worst staff imaginable. All I ordered was one coke zero and was waiting for 17 minutes while the crew in the kitchen was laughing, sharing memes, and there were at least 8 people behind me also waiting for their orders. I understand this is McDonald's, but that's not an excuse.

It’s honestly the worst McDonald’s in the area I think. Wheeeennnn you finally get your food ….there’s a better than 50% chance they messed up the order or didn’t include everything. Plan to bring reading material while you wait…..photo of my normal McDonald’s parking spot :). I do not know why I keep returning to this one other than proximity to Walmart when I’m shopping.

Rough experience to say the least. I waited far too long to even be acknowledged while standing at the register, They weren’t busy at all. Every table was dirty and didn’t looked like they had swept in many hours. Plus side, food came out quickly and was hot. A few teenage employees had clocked out for the night and were hanging out acting like it was their parent’s basement. Four of them loudly cursing and vaping with children feet from them. I understand that teenagers will act how they do, however, this is a massive failure on the management at this location. Out of the locations in Blount county, this is by far the worst location in my experience.

Pulled up to one speaker, order never taken, could hear people talking in the back ground. While 5 cars had their order taken at the other speaker.
When i do order here, the food is wrong, cold and I am forced to park and wait. Last 2 times before this they had to come out and get my receipt cause they cleared it, only to not include the nugget, just and empty box.
