I came in around 1 pm yesterday to pick up my food to go, the manager was standing at the cash register and when I approached that area he looked up at me and then went to wipe up around the food case area, thankfully a few minutes later an employee helped me but a way to set an example!

Went there tonight while I was waiting to get my daughter from church. The manger, I’m assuming he was the manager (wearing the black shirt) was the guy who helped me. He was very kind and fast with getting my food. (I had a few people ahead of me) but the service was quick. I had to wait a few minutes longer because they needed to cook for of the shrimp I was getting for my wife. The portions were huge and the taste was good for a fast food style establishment. Cost wasn’t terrible for the amount given. I’ll go back when we are in maryville again.

Short lines but very slow. Nothing prepared or ready. Went through drive through and told to wait out front for someone to bring my food out. 10 mins later I had to walk in for them to fill my order. Awful

Came in for lunch today while they were absolutely slammed and got awesome service and excellent food. Special shoutout to the guy working the service counter, I didn’t get a good look at his tag but his name started with an A; he’s killing it!

Before you order doordash, know that to go orders, especially those picked up by delivery workers fall to the very bottom of priorities. Today the employee came out to clean tables that no customer was waiting for before she got the order I was picking up together, it was already 8 minutes past ready time.

There is nothing Express about this place..15-20 minutes in the drive thru, with 2-4 cars ahead in line. Every. Single. Time..Time to find a real restaurant and order ahead. It will be quicker, more variety, and healthier!

Surprisingly delicious. Food was made fresh, the on-line App is terrible. The customer service subpar. The food was fresh.... if I went for anything other than for the food this would be a 1 star experience.
