Had to wait over an hour extra on my food when I arrived to pick it up at the time I was supposed to. Teriyaki chicken was not ready and kept claiming it would be ready in a ā€œcouple of minsā€. Once I finally got my food, over half of it was wrong/ missing. Had to just get a refund. Would not recommend this place at all. Frustrating and bad service.

This Panda has been under new management the last few years and we have been in multiple times since. Every time we've been there it's been top notch! The food has been perfectly made, the staff is extremely kind and well trained and it is truly one of the best Panda Express' we have been to. Keep up the good work here.

The new crispy sesame shrimp and beef is pretty good. It'll be a regular along with the honey walnut shrimp that I always get. The staff is really friendly and helpful at this store.

Just like all other Panda Expresses. Was kinda disappointed that there willing to fixed a special order of lo mein without the veggies for my daughter.

This panda express is a fine establishment, well almost. Food was good and service prompt. The issue I had was with my change. As with most restaurants now they want to round to the nearest nickel. I kinda understand this even though I find it hard to believe how quickly this country went into a penny shortage. I am ok with this as it's fair for both the buyer and the establishment.01,.02 rounds down and you get a nickel, .03,.04 rounds up and you don't. My change was .01 so I expected to come out with that nickel, but no the cashier kept it. I'm still ok, yet looking at my check and checking my receipt the cashier ask if I wanted my .04 cents. Well yes I replied as what she said admitting this was wrong. She thin rolls her eyes and acted annoyed as she opened the register and had to open a roll of pennies, wait a minute I thought we had a shortage, there is 100 pennies right there.
Be aware that businesses are making $100s of dollars by doing this. Let's be fair I'll loose a penny here and there, but I'll make it up over there.

I came in around 1 pm yesterday to pick up my food to go, the manager was standing at the cash register and when I approached that area he looked up at me and then went to wipe up around the food case area, thankfully a few minutes later an employee helped me but a way to set an example!

Went there tonight while I was waiting to get my daughter from church. The manger, I’m assuming he was the manager (wearing the black shirt) was the guy who helped me. He was very kind and fast with getting my food. (I had a few people ahead of me) but the service was quick. I had to wait a few minutes longer because they needed to cook for of the shrimp I was getting for my wife. The portions were huge and the taste was good for a fast food style establishment. Cost wasn’t terrible for the amount given. I’ll go back when we are in maryville again.

Short lines but very slow. Nothing prepared or ready. Went through drive through and told to wait out front for someone to bring my food out. 10 mins later I had to walk in for them to fill my order. Awful

Came in for lunch today while they were absolutely slammed and got awesome service and excellent food. Special shoutout to the guy working the service counter, I didn’t get a good look at his tag but his name started with an A; he’s killing it!

Before you order doordash, know that to go orders, especially those picked up by delivery workers fall to the very bottom of priorities. Today the employee came out to clean tables that no customer was waiting for before she got the order I was picking up together, it was already 8 minutes past ready time.

I went with my mother with both loved it. Was my first time eating there and definitely 10 out 10 would definitely go back again. Everyone was nice also.
