We’ve ordered from here before, but NEVER had an experience like we did tonight. The most unorganized cluster of nonsense. People had been waiting in the lobby for over an hour. Receipts were being discarded, orders were getting separated, and even though it said orders were complete, they were missing. There was plenty of employees, but only two people actually working.

Ordered pizza on line for pick up, arrived when my pizza was still in the oven. There were 15 employees making pizza, taking money and folding boxes but no one calling names of the ones done to the 20 customers standing waiting. 45 minutes later got my cold pizza!! I will not go back!

I haven’t ordered Papa John’s in years, I always liked it so tonight I thought I would order it…I got a medium pizza with 2 toppings and it was 27.00…i placed the order at 7:19, according to my receipt it went out at 7:53, I received a cold , poorly made pizza at 8:27pm! A total waste of almost 30.00….wont be ordering again. I live about 4 miles from the store!!

Did a mobile carry out order and received notification it was ready at 7:36pm. I arrived and there were several people waiting so took a minute or two to speak to cashier and pay. I paid at 7:50pm and was told they were still waiting on 2 of my 4 items to be completed even though I had recieved a order complete message. No big deal right. We'll I ended up waiting for food until 8:05pm. There seemed to be no rush as 75% of the staff seemed to be playing around or twiddling their thumbs doing nothing and there seemed to be absolutely no urgency in getting my order completed as several people walked in and left while I waited. I was offered a 2 liter as compensation for the inconvenience which I declined because we dont drink soda.

Their original crust is like thin crust! They used to be the best around but the crust is so flat now! Also, cheese sticks always look so sad and depressing. Stopped ordering those a while back. Now the crust.. sad.

I apparently messed up the time my order needed to be delivered. Called the manager Kyle and he saved the day!!! My pizzas were first delivered way early and I needed them later in the afternoon. Since my pizzas were going to sitting on my porch for 2 hours, he redid the whole order for me! Thank you so much for taking care of your customers! Also, a big thank that the delivery guy who called me to let me know they were delivered when no one was home. Amazing service!!!

First time having Papa John's in years. But I was presently surprise by everything. The store was clean and they had a lot of people working. Workers were friendly and busy working. The food was good, a lot of butter on the garlic bread but still good. And the jalapeño was not as good as it once was many years ago. Who I assume to be the manager was very nice, offered us plates and extra sauce, seeing that we were talking about going somewhere to eat outside. I will be back when I get a craving again.

Ordered and paid for 8 items, 5 were missing when I called the store they said they would send driver to bring missing items and they never did, don’t go here they will rip you off and charge you for food they will never bring.
