Needs more parking and employees. Poor young man working was so overwhelmed and frustrated. My grandson did enjoy the product after we waited 26 min in line. Changed my stars cause the product was good.

We went late close to closing as this is one of my little girls favorite treat spots in town. The lady working was amazing, kind and patient while I decided what I wanted. There is so much to choose from, so many flavors and different varieties. Not your typical snowball establishment, top notch.
