Very poor service, When I entered the store about 4 PM they just said the dine in is closed and a couple just got in before us and was having food in the dine in. Such a racist store, I didn’t know why they close dine in at 4 PM but the store is open till 11 PM.

Place has went downhill was not done and way overpriced. I can see why the company is filling bankruptcy. No longer has dine in service as of 3/29/2025 at 8:20 PM was told by staff.

My entire order was wrong. They were out of green peppers and they didn’t bottler to tell me, they “overlooked” the rest of the supreme ingredients. I only had the pork and pepperoni, (& the pork had a funny taste so I picked it off and let me just say, it was sparse! There was very very little cheese. Like almost have of each slice has zero cheese. It was honestly the worst Pizza Hut pizza I have ever had and I am 59 years old so that’s saying something. On top of that I ordered cheese bread. Well, when I called about the order after I got home, the guy I spoke with (I won’t put his name here) said well we stopped selling that. I said so instead of removing it from the menu or at least asking me if something else would be ok, you just subbed something else? That I do not like? If I had liked that thing, I would have ordered that. No mention at all when I picked up my pizza about any of it. Just here. Get home and it’s all sorts of wrong. They should have refunded me. It was over 30 bucks. So I completely wasted 30 bucks which is a lot to me. Especially to not be able to eat it much less, enjoy what I paid for. All the guy would say was I’ll make sure you get a credit. Wouldn’t tell me for how much, or when just that he’d see to it. Wtheck Pizza Hut? No wonder it’s going down hill. It used to be my favorite pizza. Not anymore.

It really saddens me to see the difficulties of hiring and keeping good help. The staff working in the kitchen were working their tails off, so I'm happy to give 5 stars to the staff on site. Take out is ok, however my wife and I were so looking forward to a sit down experience after driving all day to get to this area for vacation. We decided to call in our order after finding the site down option was a bingo due to staffing at either of the two locations in the area. The call center staff on the other hand are costing you business. The guy was rude, lacked any kind of customer service skills at all and then hung up on me. Instead of cutting the customer off mid sentence a simple, " yes sir/ma'am, I'll be happy to take your order, may I please have your phone number before we get started? " Would have been the proper and appropriate way to handle a call, the guy on the other end did not use that protocol, instead was rude, failed to allow me to finish my initial request and then hung up when I expressed frustration. I have spent 40 years dealing with people, in all kinds of situations and environments even on my worst day the customer is right and customer service prevails. 1 star for the call center experience. I ended up going in to the counter to place my order, the gentlemen was the example the call center guy should strive to achieve. Atmosphere is a 1 because it was only takeout.

Pizza Hut is a comfort food for me. Kinda nostalgic I suppose. Best thin crust IMO. This location struggles though. Raw chicken in the boneless wings. Hope I don’t get sick 😂.

Going to pizza hut is like gambling. Most of the time you lose (or get a crappy pizza);,but once in a while you get lucky and it actually tastes good ! And then you think , next time will be good too, but probably not

It's never open everytime I've called to place a order I get sent to a customer support representative
Placed an order on their website as they claim to be faster at 8:40 with estimated delivery 9:18.. their hours say open until midnight.. we keep refreshing the page the order is moved into the oven we called 9:40 to check, automated voice told us order was canceled, Indian lady told us they were closed , asked if I could get my money back since it was charged, told they were gonna call the facility left on hold for the last 30 mins. I struggled with this place before but at least fix your hours on google...
