They have a good product to work with. but the donuts were underproofed and overproofed. There was not much pride in the product. a little effort you can make the donuts look so much better in the Showcase.
My family, and I decided to stop in this AM for a quick breakfast treat; however, the donuts were cold, dry, and tasteless. My husband’s Boston Crème was so hollowed out and empty, it made us laugh - additionally, my toddler who loves donuts, only ate the toppings to her donuts… so, I don’t think we will be back.
Hands down one of the best donut shops we have had in the Knoxville area! There were lots of delicious options, everything tasted fresh, and the service was great! We got an assortment and enjoyed all of them! Make sure to stop in if you’re in the area! We are most of them before we snapped a picture so I’ll have to get one next time!
