We had Rocky Top Snoballs come to our neighborhood for a subdivision event and everyone loved them! The snowballs were smooth and the flavor offerings were great. The owners were such lovely people I would not hesitate to schedule to come again.

My daughter and I absolutely love Rocky Top Snoballs! We have been a customer for years and still enjoy stopping by for a snowball several times a week. They have a huge selection of flavors including really tasty sugar-free options with optional toppings as well. The customer service is top notch! Their kindness is always so appreciated.In response to the comment regarding the change in the ice machine...yes, it did change. The ice is smoother and, in our opinion, better than ever! It is fun to eat, holds the flavoring nicely and the texture is perfect! This was a good change for us!They have a cute little shaded area away from the road with picnic tables and lots of toys/activities for kids and families. This had been a wonderful memory over the years for my daughter and I. If you haven't tried them yet...go! You will love it!

There are currently 4 snowball / shave ice places in Maryville that I’m aware of and Rocky Top is our favorite. They use a good amount of syrup - not so little that you end up with plain ice at the bottom, but not so much that you feel like you’re getting sick on straight syrup. Also, I feel like the ice “stays” better and doesn’t melt as fast, but it still has a good smooth snowy texture. My daughter and I will often split a bigger size and our favorite is the silver fox with cream.

10/10 LOVED this place:) The owner showed me and my friend his magic tricks and they were hands down amazing just like the snowballs!!! He even called me by my nickname (smelly) which was hilarious!! definitely will be back:)
