Waitress was not very friendly... Ordered the Reuben, it was the worst Reuben I have eaten in my life! Meat was like eating a rubber piece of fat, and the sandwich had just a sprig of sauer kraut on it, not enough to taste! Would not recommend! ( I did mention this as I left).

Me in a group oh friends. I went to this location multiple times and was disrespected. Each time. The servers, we're very disrespectful, did not care. For our request did not pay attention to our table. When we asked simple questions about the food and the menu, they responded as if we were inconveniencing them, or if we were stupid . When I reported it to the general manager of the restaurant, he simply said we were no longer allowed. At the restaurant. We have witnessed servers, caress, improperly, touch and use language. That was very unprofessional towards staff and customers. The only people that get respected, there are locals that go there. Every day and know the staff by name. I would definitely recommend other restaurants in the local area.. I had our waiter constantly touch my shoulder. Even after I told him multiple times don't touch me. So if that's the attitude and the actions that this restaurant allows and the g m of this restaurant allows then maybe it should be shut down.

COMPLETELY DISCRIMINATED AGAINST FOR BEING A LARGE WOMAN. I was accused of getting in top of a table even though im 350lbs and couldn't. I can barely sit on a high top chair. We were held responsible for a bill not paid that wasn't even ours but people who came with us. We tried to talk ot out with the gm and he just brushed it off. My bf is a veteran and has ALWAYS paid out billing tipped generously. We've spent hundreds at this location just to be false accused and banned from our favorite place for live bands and food. I've never been more insulted in my life. I hate idiot liars who just threw away over 10 years of business. Complete crap.

We went there yesterday. The food was excellent, and the service was great! I wish I could remember the server's name. She was amazing, especially the way she handled a member of our party who has issues no matter where he goes to eat. Both she and her manager were very professional, polite, and accommodating. Although it's almost impossible to make this person happy, they went over and above our expectations.

We came here for our 4 year anniversary and we loved it.. I had already eaten here once but it was my husband’s first time and we liked it.. he said the Philly steak wasn’t really seasoned well but my wings were AMAZING!! We will definitely return.. our waitress was amazing.. sadly I don’t remember her name..
Service was good, quick friendly. Food was cooked right and seasoned right. However for my $30 steak it came cold. It was cooked medium ans very tender and was served on a skillet but even the skillet was cool. I think it was cooked early and then left out not under a heat lamp. I don't like sending food back to be refired because I don't trust restraunts not to retaliate. Again it was seasoned well and very tender just cold. Also ordered fried mozerella sticks. Those were perfect. Seasoned crispy and even good reheated at home.

Ate there for the first time on Sunday ate there again on Monday place was absolutely awesome. Food was fantastic and the service was perfect. Absolutely great experience both times highly recommend!

We went there today, November 29th, and I can truly say I've never had such a bad experience before in my life. This place was good for a while, but the last two times were terrible. The last time, they fixed it and promised it would be better. This time, the manager was the same guy but not as nice. We waited for 40 minutes for food, and the manager claimed it had only been in for 18 minutes, which leads us to believe our waitress (Brooklynn) didn't put it in until roughly 20 minutes later. Then, three of us sat without drinks the whole time we ate. We asked for the manager. He came over, said he was going to take 40% off the bill, then brought the check and only took 40% off two meals, which was not what he said. The waitress was rude and unprofessional about the situation. We were then told we were not welcome back again and were being trespassed. All we did was tell them what was happening right in front of their eyes.

We sat at 7:30 ordered our food pretty quick the waitress waited to put in our order till much later got our food after 40 min not only that the food was cold when brought out! 4 out of the 8 of us had to eat our cold food with no drink bo refills was brought till we complained once we complained the manager came over and said he was going to take 40% off our bill so it takes over 15 min to get our ticket once the ticket was brought there was 16 bucks off a 107 dollar ticket! We didn't agree with that so got the manager back hes came back with a horrible attitude and said I'm not doing anything about the bill it is what it is then trespassed us over a disagreement we didn't get loud or cause a seen amd he still took it to far! I have never in my 40 years ever been trespassed! I don't recommend this place to anyone! The other bad reviews are very accurate!
