Now it used to be 5 star bc ive always received excellent service at this location I cant bring myself to drop it more than 1 star and the lady on carhop duty did what she could to fix it but my online order was incorrect twice even on the remake I ordered an ultimate meat breakfast burrito withsausage bacon egg cheese and tots and a Jr bacon egg and chz I at first received 2 frito chili cheese burritos 😅 i get it new guy in the back no big deal but he remade it and I still only got bacon egg and cheese and I was really wanting the ultimate with sausage and tots considering I paid the extra for it im not having them remake it again but to the guys in the back I get being in a hurry but paying attention to detail is the real key here and ultimate meat burrito has all the breakfast meats not just bacon and where I appreciate the remake and it being nice and hot next time I would like my sausage lol I just didnt want to end up taking more burritos idk what to do with home and I hate wasting food so now im looking for a friend to give a couple burritos to😅🤣 i can say that yall were as always spot on with my dirty dr pepper. I will honestly never go to the location on 321 in maryville again bc the dirty dr pepper I got from them last I had to waste due to wrong portions making my drink sour and nasty I always look to yall as my go to drink stop

Instead of fixing the mistake, she ensured that the order was correct (it absolutely was not) and continued to be rude from start to finish.
On top of that, other employees inside were playing around, being loud, and acting completely unprofessional — not the kind of environment you want to see when you’re spending money somewhere. The entire experience felt careless and disrespectful.
If this is how Sonic chooses to treat paying customers, I won’t be back. Save your time, money, and patience — plenty of other places actually value their customers.

If i could give 0 stars i would. They never have m9bike orders ready, and forget doordash orders. NEVER have those and have to sit 15- 20 m8nutes before its ready. This store is ridiculous.Thursday Aug 7, at 2:16 pm...not busy...been waiting 16 minutes for a doordash order.

This is my first visit to a Sonic drive-in, in about 7-8 years. What a total disappointment today's visit was. I first pulled into a stall to order and really studied the menu board but couldn't find just an ice-cream cone listed on the menu. I hit the button to order and asked the guy about the cones, and he said they don't serve ice-cream cones anymore. My wife was quite disappointed. So, I ordered a large chocolate shake for myself and left. I took a sip of what should have been a shake, and I darn near spit it back out. I have no idea what Sonic is trying to pass off as ice-cream in a shake, but it's not even close to ice-cream, and so, as for the chocolate flavor, I am again stumped. It's nowhere close to a chocolate flavor. It tastes like some horrible chemical experiment gone bad. The service was fast and friendly but never will I visit another Sonic again. It was soooo 👎 bad!!!

This location is absolutely horrible! I waited in the drive-thru for what seemed like forever, just to receive my order that was wrong and cold. When I had come to the drive-thru as well, the manager was highly rude to the workers; calling them names, degrading them, etc. If they treated their employees better the food and service would probably be better, but I do not recommend this location!! Visit the one by Blount memorial, much better overall. Quite disappointed.

I normally don’t post a negative review but tonight required one. I placed an online order around 10:30 this evening for a sonic bacon burger combo. I come home to find my tator tots were so overcooked they were hard, and my burger has nothing on it, no lettuce, no bacon, no cheese. Just two burgers on a bun. I come here often but this is the first time I have ever experienced something like this, makes me not even want to eat my food. 🙁

This is the worst Sonic meal I have ever had. The burger had everything in the middle of the bun; the onion rings were raw, not crispy at all. The only good thing was the sweet tea. The other meal, the tater tots, seemed like they were leftovers from lunchtime. Won't be back at this one.

We got a large twisted flamingo, medium twisted flamingo, small Diet Coke, triple Sonic smasher, medium onion rings, small fries, hot fudge sundae, and corn dog. This all came out at only $23. This surprised me for an 8 item order. A twisted flamingo is a drink and is very good. The food in general is very tasty and smells good. The order came out reasonably quickly for the size of it. Highly recommended for a quick fast food order.

I have tried this Sonic twice now. The first time they forgot to charge me for cheese sticks even though I ordered them and the cashier repeated the order back. No mozzarella sticks came with the food and when I asked he was all I forgot to charge you for them. Also, the chili cheese tot tasted like they were reheated and not made fresh. The second time I went I ordered online instead of the drive through, I got almost all the food I ordered, except I was missing the bacon that I added and paid for on on my double smashburger and we were missing the marinara sauce for the mozzarella sticks. Also, the chili cheese tots again tasted like they were reheated leftovers and the chili cheese fries tasted like some took the fry and dropped them in the fryer a second time to reheat them.
