Can’t speak highly enough about Southern Twist Nutrition and the team there! Today was my third time in this summer (a must-have as I head back up to Cincinnati from Wears Valley), and they are always so friendly and welcoming! If you’re looking for a great energy/protein fix in Maryville, this is the spot! Can’t wait to visit again soon!

If you need an energy boost to get you going, this is THE place to come to! True story: I was able to get a 21 hour plumbing project done with a high quality, healthy, energizing drink here at Southern Twist! AND ALL the staff are incredibly nice and very friendly! 200% recommend! Thank you!!

I highly recommend their loaded teas and protein shakes. Funny story: I got three large drinks and one of them spilled in the parking lot. I went in to tell them I was so sorry I made a mess and that I could help clean. The owner told me not to worry about it, and she replace my drink!!!!!! She insisted and I appreciated that sweet gesture.

I started traveling to this area for work recently and did not meal prep the night before and was in need of something healthy. I frequent healthy smoothie shops and this one looked interesting. Was I glad I stopped in!! The staff were terrific and the Mint Chocolate Chip protein shake was outstanding! It is so hard to find a good mint protein shake. My girlfriend and I do a protein baking business on the side and are so conscious of ingredients. Very clean ingredients, will be coming back every time I am in Maryville for work!

I am in the area for a business trip, so when I saw this place I knew I had to stop and get a protein shake! In my hometown, the typical protein shake is watered down and lacking flavor. NOT SOUTHERN TWIST. I got the large cinnamon toast crunch shake, and this local business is going on my have-to-visit list for next trip because WOW. Such a great atmosphere to relax, helpful & smiling staff, and fast service for those on work breaks.
