I am in the area for a business trip, so when I saw this place I knew I had to stop and get a protein shake! In my hometown, the typical protein shake is watered down and lacking flavor. NOT SOUTHERN TWIST. I got the large cinnamon toast crunch shake, and this local business is going on my have-to-visit list for next trip because WOW. Such a great atmosphere to relax, helpful & smiling staff, and fast service for those on work breaks.

The best nutrition tea in the surrounding area! I’ve tried them all. I have been buying teas for almost two years now and have been treated so special EVERY time I go in the shop. I’m always called by first name and they go above and beyond to meet my nutrition needs by suggesting what my body might be lacking in nutrition. I haven’t had a cold for a very long time until now. Caught it at the hospital, staying with my husband. My 1st go to is my vitamin tea with extra energy boost. Thank you for being so kind and top notch to your customers.
