Lively people working here! the only thing wrong was the interior design. It used to look better and I now I feel uncomfortable with all the white and lack of tables and decorations. There were also Flys in the pastry case. Which they don't serve those items but it's still a little unsettling.
Biggest thing for me is its not the most consistant. Some times they make your drink just right and sometimes it's not even close. I only use the mobile app to order and pick up and about 4 times out of 10 it's not made to order. 4 stars cause they are friendly, helpful and when the employees that make the drink right, it tis delicious!
