Sent my order thru app. Ordered hot got there it was iced asked for hot she acted like it was my fault it was wrong because she is used to it being ordered iced. She made something that was 2 inches of mess in the bottom of a venti cup when I tried to get her to fix it she started argue so someone else wanted to get involved but at that point I had had enough and left. I spend around $100 a month at the Starbucks in Vonore TN. and it's right EVERY time. There is no excuse for the bad attitude or Lack of customer service!

For whatever reason, they never fully make my drink the way I order or the way it's shown on the menu. So whether it's not adding extra drizzle, or espresso shot, or adding whipped cream in the bottom thats supposed to be there, whatever, it's never actually what I order. I've tried several times at this point and still have the same outcome. Which isn't a terrible thing, but when you're spending $7+ on a drink, you want it to be made the way you order it. :/ The good is that anytime I've gone the people behind the counter are very sweet lol

I ordered iced white mocha this morning and I told the barista that it looked very pale, like maybe not enough espresso shots. She told me that she made it and that it had 3shots. So I said thank you and walked away. It's normally a lot darker looking. I order this every morning almost and this tasted like sweet milk no espresso taste at all. Very disappoined I couldn't drink it tasted bad and what a waste of money.?

one of the baristas named cassi was very rude to me and she clearly doesn’t have manners. I asked to get my drink fixed and she rolled her eyes at me and walked away. i would appreciate more of a welcoming attitude. however, everyone else was kind and respectful.

Best store with great customer customer service!!! Prices are lower than Walmart! And there’s help on the floor with lots of cashiers!! Thank you Kroger!!

The patience and respect of everyone in line for toilet paper today. The employee this afternoon was exceptional in bringing out the toilet paper and making sure everyone got their limits while supplies lasted. Its always a good experience at kroger and we love the fuel points.
