The service is wonderful, and the girls working the counter know what they’re doing. I got my drink served in a way I would call expert, and the attitude of the workers is very professional and kind. You can tell they know their coffee.

I will never be returning to this location. I was the only person standing in line, the girls working saw me waiting, and still did not take my order until minutes later. All the girls working, except Amy the cashier, were very rude and had horrible customer service skills. Once my drink was ready, they said nothing, didn’t look at me and couldn’t even say thank you. 11/14 @ 6:30.

Went in for a latte.... Ordered mine and 2 people came in behind me. The person after me got theirs before mine, and the person behind them got theirs directly after I had gotten mine..... I'll avoid this location

The best Starbucks I have ever been to! They know the moment that my husband walks through the door, exactly what my order is! They never disappoint! It's always exactly the same every time! These ladies deserve raises! They are amazing!!!! They always make sure they have my sugar cookie cold foam!

The girls working the counter were not the best at customer service, seemed they were not happy to be at work. If not happy at your job and your job is customer service, QUIT. Do not ruin others day because your not happy with your choices

I've been to this store and Starbucks for years now. Today they had the most unfriendly girls working. Can't say good morning (back to you), can't smile, can't even say have a good day. Look miserable! The normal girls are super sweet. I will not be back on a Friday or if I see these two again. Cany imagine my money paying their wages.

Well Starbucks it self is wonderful. The website needs updating. Was going to get a coffee at the Starbucks in Food City. The web site says they are open till 9pm Saturday. When I got there the employee was closing up for the evening. If you close 730pm please post it as such.

I had the BEST PSL at this Starbucks! Bill and Kendra were very friendly and both worked together to get my drinks made quickly. They were by far some of the nicest baristas I have come across at any Starbucks! My drink was perfect, and like I said, one of the best I have had! This Starbucks has definitely gotten it right with these two! The fact that it is located in the grocery store was a bonus as well. Will be sure to be back again!

I bought a venti and it was half drink half foam matcha green tea latte. I ordered it without ice so I could get more drink. What a rip off to pay for a venti and get half a cup of drink just because you order no ice. The other Starbucks by Shoneys doesn't do me that way. Not coming back.The picture you are seeing is just after two sips of it.
