I just found this location. I've not lived here that long and the Vegetable Sub. The young lady was a definite people person. I'll be back

I have never been to this location til yesterday evening. I had to pick up a doordash order for a customer and as I walked in and told the employee what I was there for, she rudely turned her back on me, didn't respond and just acted as if I wasn't there. I waited for the order and a gentleman came in and she immediately greeted him all polite and what not. I'm unsure what her problem was with me but I can say I will never personally eat at this location if that employee is going to be the one working! Just very unlady like and very unprofessional. The woman was brunette and older looking and just has bad attitude written all over her face. Do better.

This is one of the best Subways. They don't scrimp on meats like other stores. Staff is always great and they take their own coupons.

Was great experience. Tha staff were helpful an overall did a great job on my order. Made it exactly how it should be made an it tasted wonderful! Tha bread was nice an fresh an best of all.... They did it with ah smile!

The food was okay . But the people that was working today, it seemed like they were rushing me and my friend to order what we want and also the toppings that we wanted on our sandwich. Would not recommend. She (my friend ) also had said that the employees this day were acting weird . I’m not sure if they were having a bad day but they could of had better energy,

I went in there and the man was so kind I’m pretty sure his name was James! He was so sweet and I made sure to tell him that because everytime I’ve went to any subway most people are rude and ready to go home. My food was spectacular and well made! Very good at his job this man needs applauded

Just stopped in to pick up sandwiches for a picnic, and the two ladies working were absolutely lovely. They were so patient with my kids and incredibly helpful.

I go to this subway alot ...there's a couple ladies in there that are great
They know me and make my sandwiches just the way I want
I went there recently in the evening when they were not there....I had another lady help me she wouldn't listen to a thing I said when I asked to have my sandwiches made my way
She got a real bad attitude and started throwing the meat around huffing and puffing...the worst behavior I have ever seen in the place but I should of known from her green hair and tattoos on her neck I think they need to do something about their employees acting in such a manner
I actually walked out in the middle of my sandwiches being made in front of a line of people , I couldn't deal with her is that someone you want representing your company?
So subway Rockwood you probably know who this employee is
I think you should have a conversation with her ....I give credit when I can I have over 1.5 million views of my reviews....but when it's not right your going to hear about it !

Very unorganized and super busy. Acted kind of out of sort when it came to the online order. Like they'd never gotten one before. And the woman in front of me was angry too about the same thing.

Serena (?) Was extremely helpful and friendly! She helped us get the best deal, and was great to work with!

Our meal for my family cost me $30 and it was awful. My kids sweet onion chicken teriyaki sub was cold straight from the fridge. The cheese was not melted bc there was no heat to the meat at all. They spread out 6 inch worth of food over a foot long.My meatball sub was gross.It was cold and not made with any care.I tried to call the restaurant 3 time with no answer.

I had to wait for the employees' conversation to end before I could place my order
