Woman here looked nasty and you could tell she didn’t take care of herself the young man she was working with was running up and down trying to do everything himself the food was good but felt rushed but seeing the help I can understand, she was smoking in the back and sitting down and was absolutely no help to the young man making everyone’s sandwich.

Went there today and got a 12in and they reused the same knife and other’s sandwiches including mine and my fiancés. I used to work at subway and it doesn’t matter how busy you are you have to use a different knife for each sub, they just wiped the knife off and reused it like that’s gross.

The people who ordered before me were talking and holding up the lone but the two ladies behind the counter were calm and constantly apologizing for the wait they were amazing. Best customer service I have ever seen. I wish I could give more stars.
Owner of this Subway is absolutely insane!!! Every time I go, different staff. They all complain about pay!!! Maybe subway needs to stop paying retarded football players and pay the staff!!! Owner don’t care!!! Leaves the staff overwhelmed with no product. They had no Italian herbs and cheese bread And no multigrain bread prepared. Definitely an owner issue in which needs to be tended to. Must be nice to collect a check at the end of the day and leave the staff overwhelmed. Aliso, multigrain bread prepared. Ashley was working alone. Greated me, washed her hands and put on gloves. Very polite . Ordered a 6 inch rotisserie chicken. Rotisserie chicken looked looked great. Made the sandwich fast and asked if I wanted anything else.Store environment- clean- very cleanNo one in the drive thru. Fast and friendly service. The store looked so nice and clean and was playing good music. Will definitely hit this store up on my travels . Thanks subway! Eat Fresh!

Every time I visit one of the franchises stores in Maryville I get half the meat and 75% of actual ingredients that are advertised. Why are these subways so cheap. I won’t drive to the closest store on topside Dr that actually makes a good sandwich. These down here make weak sandwiches. Since they don’t even take Subway coupons at the store inside Walmart on 411, or the one on Broadway or the one on alcoa highway. I assume they are owned by the same greedy franchisee. They are ruining the subway brand. I’m done! Jersey Mikes here I come.
