Seems like they are finally getting better. It used to be we get wrong items or have items missing all the time. Now the last few times, we have actually gotten every item and they were right.

They left out several items that I ordered. It wasn't even busy. They label the bags with each item on the order, but evidently, they hire people who can't count.

Sitting in line for 40 minutes with only 1 car moved to the window with 3 cars in front of me. And one of the cars left the line. No one is talking through the intercom and we have been waiting too long & no one is moving in this line.

Best tack bell in Tennessee. Workers are the best and so polite.
First visit. Absolute best fast food experience in a long time. They mistook me for a doordasher and gave me a free drink which is so thoughtful. The wait was long and one guy got a refund for his trouble. Awesome employees and clearly great management.
