I love Taco Bell. Hate to see one ran so poorly. I order on the kiosk. But watched someone stand, waiting to order, while an employee ignored him to talk to his friend AT THE REGISTER for 5 minutes or longer. Only stoping to yell at someone else to “help this customer”. Serious secondhand embarrassment and disregard for professionalism.

Waited in the drive thru 15 minutes to order and then another 20 minutes at the window to get my food! 4 employees too!

I’ve been going to this location for many years now and have always had terrible service. They constantly get my order wrong. I’ve always just kept silent but no more. On many occasions they either will not answer when you pull up to the drive through or they have an excuse not to take your order like “Our computer systems are down at the moment.” I’ve even seen them in the past park a car next to the drive through to block people from ordering. I’ve had enough with this location and decided to speak out after losing so much time and money for their sorry excuses and service. Terrible experiences over and over again.

I don't know if costs have been cut, if employees are told to skimp or if the recipe has changed but the beefy 5 layers have been basically empty the last 3 times i have ordered
