This restaurant takes orders by kiosk. After I placed my order and paid at the kiosk, an employee approached me and apologized saying that they couldn't complete part of my order because the fryer was broken. Would I like something else, or a refund? I say a refund on that part of my order is fine, I dont want something different. He comes back and says actually, they can't refund the order because I paid on the kiosk. Am I sure I don't want something else? I don't. The employee was really nice. But this is a ridiculous system. So, enjoy my extra $5 Taco Bell. Sort of embarrassing that these are the measures multi-billion dollar chains have resorted to - limited employees, broken equipment, and no ability to give refunds on unserved food.

Beware - EXCESSIVELY long wait times. Do not come here if you are in a rush and looking for a quick bite. Each time we have visited this location we have had to wait over 30 minutes. Drive through takes well over an hour and there is no way to leave the line once you are in it. We tried to give this location one last shot, but I’m typing this as I wait (now at 43 mins) for my drive thru order. Will not be back. Ever.

I've been here 3x over the last 6 weeks. Twice I ordered something and added sour cream and the items did not come with what I asked for. Two of the times I went to this Taco Bell, I asked for fire sauce, and received no sauce at all.

This taco bell is HORRIBLE. I dont eat this crap, but my teenage boy likes it. The last three times i have went, there was an issue. Placed online order, only to get there and they dont have half the items. Never have the slushes. Always understaffed and Slow. Food is never correct. The last two times i went, i left without any food. Once the food he wanted, they didnt have, and then the computers were down so they couldnt make anything. Thats the last time i have went and refuse to go back. Its a waste of time, and if i actually procure the food, its wrong.
