Clean. Fast. Didn't say anything about my baby being loud or making a mess (I cleaned up).

The employees were yelling at each other almost the entire time I was in there. It was extremely unprofessional and quite frankly makes me never want to come back. I would rather drive down to where midland is to get Taco Bell. The older lady that was at the window was super nice though and was very respectful to everyone she spoke to.

Why do we continue to tolerate such crappy service and high prices? 🙄

Went through drive thru. Tacos were sparsely filled. Little lettuce and no tomatoes. 6 tacos were all placed in one paper bag so each shell was cracked into. Was just not how I remembered Taco Bell.

This Taco Bell is awful, constantly takes forever to order and receive food no matter the time of day. Constantly short staffed so you can see what the staff is way over worked. Would not recommend if you’re in a hurry or want your food accurate.

Really poorly run location. Always slow slow. Many workers don’t seem to care about the service or how the food is cooked. Just not a good location.

The guy behind the counter threw my food to the counter. He was clearly disgusted with his job. Quit and don't make others feel bad for you.

I’ve gotta update this, I’m not sure who is managing this store but it’s gotta be management at this point, I’m a regular, and 5 times in a row now this Taco Bell has missed items in my order, it wouldn’t bother me as much but they’re all ordered through the app ahead of time, they’ve forgotten entire orders of nacho fries, cheese sauces, and other sauces too, and some times food items, it kind of feels like an insult to injury after I’ve waited, no exaggeration, over 30 minutes with 4 cars in front of me, I understand if there is a big order in front, but it is consistently that long. The Calderwood store is faster and my orders have been right. I’m going to save my time and patience by going there instead.

Always has SOMETHING going on so they aren't open or are so obscenely slow I could go to the store, slow roast my own protein, and make my own food. All taco bells in Blount County are currently atrocious.

By far the worst Taco Bell I have ever used. I have been a couple times since it’s so close to our house buy time and time again they price to me why I shouldn’t. For Halloween night we popped in for a quick meal for the kids before trick or treating. I even ordered through the app to speed up the process since I know from past experience that you will sit in line for way too long. When we arrived, there was a delivery truck trying to drop of product that said we cannot park in any of the spots along the building so we had to move our car. By the time we walked over to Taco Bell and got inside the lobby we were immediately stopped and told the lobby is closed. Once I explained that I ordered a pick up inside the store from the app, I was told that they don’t have the product I had ordered and that my order won’t be made unless I substitute for something totally different. My kids won’t eat the option given so I declined and just asked for a refund. The employee wasn’t able to refund me in store since I used the app so told me to call back to take care of this. I called the next day a could times and got no answer. Tried again today and was able to speak to a manager by the name of Elissa who informed me they cannot refund my money because “they just aren’t trained on how to do that” and that I will have to call corporate but she also wasn’t able to give me the number to corporate bc she “never remembers it” when they tell it to her. Don’t go to this location. I assure you, you will not be satisfied.

This new 1 close to texas roadhouse is the best in town. They usually get your order right, & it's hot & fresh. & you get all of your order, which is rare these days. Also very clean unlike other Taco

Sat in the drive through for 30 minutes just waiting to get to the speaker box (with one car in front of me at the speaker), waited another 10 minutes to order after being asked to wait at the speaker, Sat in line for an additional 25 minutes waiting on my order.

As I’m waiting I watch as two employees are literally running back and forth across the parking lot from Taco Bell to Bojangles, screaming and acting a fool, carting food and drinks back and forth. (Picture of them going into Bojangles)

Highly recommend avoiding this location at all costs.

Bad, bad, bad! Placed a mobile order to pick up inside and the doors were LOCKED. Is it too much effort to leave a freaking sign on the door, or disable “in store” pickup on the app

So, by the time I got back in the car I had to sit in a ridiculous drive thru line. Also, did I mention that items were left out of the order, and that this location is slow and absolutely terrible?
