This place is awesome. Tons of food on the menu. We got the deal they had of 2 loaded dogs and I personally got a double smahburger that was so good. If your ever un Maryville, check them out. Next time we are out that way, we will be going back.

Cool older drive in with great food. Only problem here is one "dirty" employee that couldn't quit digging stuff out of her hair & scratching her scalp while taking my order... If I see her working I won't stay! Their fried pies are amazing!!

The server was nice, but the order was wrong, ice cold & just in general wasn't good. The manager did offer to replace it, but honestly I really didn't even want him to.* To the owner idk how to reply to you other than edit this review but it was this past Thursday I kept the receipt I appreciate your reply. Maybe it was just a bad day I know there was a lot of cars came after us

Their bacon cheeseburger and onion rings are fantastic! Great service!
Took nearly 20 min for our food to come up. The hot dog buns were extremely dry and stale. Seriously crusty on the ends. All of the food was barely warm to cold with the exception of a couple of the fried pies. The cajun fries are horrible cold and most went into the trash. First time eating there and last time.

Tonight (Sunday, August 27, 8:00 p.m.) we went to The Hop to get dinner after a very stressful day. The waitress came up to our window as soon as we pulled up and asked if we wanted a menu. I was a bit rude to her because I was having a very bad day, asking her to give us a minute. I felt bad immediately and was going to apologize when she came back out to take our order. She had blonde hair in a ponytail and was wearing a black and hot pink shirt. A different server came out, who was absolutely lovely, and I tried to be really nice. I didn't catch her name, but she had a brown bob and was very kind. We got our food, and I realized I accidentally ordered my partner's burger incorrectly. I go to the window instead of flagging someone down from my car. The first lady who came to my car with the menu opens the window and doesn't say anything, just looks at me with an annoyed expression. I apologize profusely and ask if it can be remade. I felt bad because I also work in food service and know how draining it can be. She goes 'Yeah,' grabs the burger from me, and shuts the window. I wait at the table outside the window expecting someone to come to the window to hand me the corrected food since they clearly saw me sitting there. Instead she goes to my car and gives the food to my partner in the passenger seat. It was extremely rude and disrespectful. Then the burger we got that was corrected was very pink and undercooked. My partner was already fed up with the situation and went to the window to get a refund. They handwrote a ridiculous 'contract' that they made him sign stating that he had requested the refund and were also incredibly rude to him. The food, besides the incorrect burger, was amazing, and I really don't like leaving bad reviews. If the server had been kind and the burger being wrong/undercooked was the only issue, I wouldn't be doing so because I understand things happen. She really needs to learn how to treat others with a little respect.
