Unfortunately, I watched the cook take a smoke break in the main parking lot, then come in and hop on the grill, touching bread without ever washing his hands. 7/18/24 around 7 pm. Although short staffed and not being helped after sitting for 5ish minutes, I was willing to wait, until I saw the cook's uncleanliness. I told the server that is the reason my family of 4 were leaving. I usually go at breakfast time, when staffing and business are much better , however, there are always egg shells in the scrambled eggs.

Me and 4 of my friends came in here at 1am and proceeded to sit in a booth for 20 minutes… no silverware, no drinks, and no order. Terrible service. I even saw a staff member look me in the eye, say something to her coworker pointing at us, and then still not come take our order. We walked out without a peep from them too. To add on top of that, there were two groups of people that walked in after us that got their order taken within 3 minutes. It’s not like we were acting any type of way either, we weren’t loud, and we weren’t disrespectful in any way.

We have been to many Waffle Houses, and this one is the best. Clean and very friendly. Our waitresses Amber and June were great. Made our time fun by joking and laughing with us. Definitely will be back.

Best Waffle House I’ve ever been to! It was super clean, staff were very nice and quick to help out. My waffle was delicious along with my side of biscuits and gravy. My girlfriend’s food also came out delicious, she had French toast. From the variety of waffle houses I’ve been to, this has been my favorite yet.
