Went here on a recommendation from a family member was very displeased The fries were soggy and went and cooked all the way they didn't put it in my other sides in my bag drove all the way home 12 miles one way was it about to turn around and drive another 12 mi back needless to say will not be patronized in this place anymore you have one time to impress and to keep customers I can eat better at Buffalo wild wings or somewhere else that I can hear I hope the owners are those in charge enjoy their little bit of money they got you'll never get a repeat from me or family members.

Went there for lunch last time I'll go there,told me 8 miss 37 miss later get it..my lunch was done by then...horrible service oh an only two people there an ones filling ketchup the whole time..

This was my first time I ate at this restaurant. Ordered 2 chicken sandwiches with fries and it took 25 minutes to get the order. I thought I would sit and eat lunch, but I couldn't sit and eat in since it took so long. The fries were very greasy and some were actually undercooked. Not sure if I will go back to this location. I may try another location to give the restaurant a fair shake. I just was very disappointed because it was my first time going here. I wanted it to be an awesome experience. It definitely was not what I was wanting it to be.

This place we stopped in at for lunch well we only get 30 minutes and by the time we ordered and got our food we were already late heading back to work and the service was horrible. I thought fast food supposed to be fast not really slow. The guy at the counter looked like he really hated his job and was just pokey about everything he did and I went to get a fork for my cheese fries and he said they were out and don't know when they will get more in I mean come on now isn't that something you should know so you can tell your customers?
This was my first time eating at Wingstop! The food was made to order and my order was served hot, which was a pleasant experience. The lobby wasn't the cleanest when we arrived but someone eventually attended to it shortly after. I will be eating here again!

Buffalo Wild Wings is garbage compared to Wing Stop.
I wanted to order online, but they didn't offer a 'no sauce' option so I called to place an order. I got sent to an Ai bot and gave it my order, got all the way to the checking out process and it glitched up and quit working. Called the store to see if it even got my order, the phone rang, they picked it up, then immediately placed me on hold. This place sucks, I can see why it has such bad reviews.

I just wanna give a shout-out to the employee zoey she was super sweet and nice super professional they had like 30 minutes till closing and backed up orders but still made sure I got my order. She didn’t have to do that at all. She really went above and beyond for me & my order and I’m so thankful & blessed for you we need more people like you. Thank you for everything
