Ordered on the app for delivery. It was delivered to the wrong address. No clue how long it was on their porch we realized it was at our neighbors. The order was wrong. We had 20 wings with 4 different sauces. They delivered 15 wings with 1 sauce and 5 with another. The 4.79 ranch was opened and spilled all over the bag. Ranch is unmatched tho

Second time eve going to wings stop and both times have been so happy! We have gotten different things just to try out the menu and everything has been delicious! The guys that work there were super friendly and I loved that the food was made fresh!

The nastiest chicken I have ever eaten! They don't care anything about customers they constantly use old flour or seasonings and it's not good at all! Not to mention that if you ask for Fry's with no season salt they have to be cooked fresh and they don't half the time! Whoever the cook is needs to be trained properly or they just don't care!! I will continue to go across town to Lenoir City! Maryville is just nasty 🤢

Food was cold and bland. Like, the chicken didnt even taste like garlic parm. Not even drenching in ranch made me want to eat it.
Wish i could get a refund. But I'll settle for not ordering again. :(

The workers that are in there are just completely and utterly rude act like you're an inconvenience for asking for something that was supposed to be ready a hour and half ago I've never experienced this with Wingstop before in my life it is flatout rude and if I were their manager I would fire them I usually ain't the one to complain and I usually keep a level head the staff there make it very difficult to do so so in other words I would not go to this one and some of the staff were intoxicated by marijuana and wearing sunglasses and not dressed professionally for work as in baggy hoodies baggy pants etc

I used to order from here a lot in the past and they were always really good! how can u go wrong with cheap chicken? Well today my boyfriend and I ordered 10 wings, 8 chicken tenders, and fries. To start, the fries were extremely soggy, barely edible. My wings i got half original hot sauce and half mango habanero. The mange habanero half was okay. it was super chewy but i could eat it altough it probably wasnt safe to😂. The original hot half was completely un-edible, there were feathers all in my flats and the drums were covered in so much grissle it was terrible! (I would love to take a picture but i immediately threw the whole plate away lol) the tenders tho were perfect as always.

LASTLY. I tried calling the store 4 times and sat for about 5-7 minutes each time to make a complaint or at least let them know “Hey theres too many feathers in your wings!” but no one ever answered and i sat on the phone with that one dude saying “our chicken experts are busy… yada yada”

I will not be back. rude service in general at every experience, this was the cherry on top.

Super greasy wings like they took them straight from the oil to the bowl. Didn’t bother to even let the oil drain off a little bit before serving. Lady that was working was a little rude when I asked about the online ordering. Wasn’t greeted when I walked in and the lady was wiping down the window seal but needs to wipe down the soda machine! Full of finger prints and sticky mess. Also online ordering was disabled for this location! Probably won’t be back to this location

Good size wings! The 8 piece was nice to get two different flavors. The dry rub was nice and the saucy ones had the right amount of sauce. They were cooked just right (done but not dry) even the carrots and celery were fresh and not soggy.

Google maps wouldn’t let me add another review so adding on to this one visited again and Josie had the best customer service. The app was not working so I had to go in for my order, Josie was solo doing the register and cooking. Not only was Josie pleasant taking my order but knocked it out of the park on my wings! Thank you Josie!

Food was over seasoned and wasn’t cooked all the way and was cold, and all but 3 pieces of our chicken were either pink, or filled with grissle, and they put way too much seasoning on our fries to the point we couldn’t eat them

I had an online order for pick up at the Maryville TN location. I walked in, was not greeted, and then let the employee know I had an online order for pickup and gave her my name. She was abrupt, inattentive, and rude. She also was very messy looking and was wearing sunglasses inside at 10 o’clock in the evening. I asked for my large soda cup while I waited for the food, and when I went over to the soda machine, there was no ice. I then asked her if they had ice in the back. She simply said, “We’re out of ice.” Never apologized for the inconvenience, or offered an alternative. I then asked for a refund, because who wants hot soda? She proceeded to have an increasingly pissed off demeanor, and did not fully or even partly, address my concerns. After my food was ready, I asked her how/in what manner I would get my refund. She then threw her hands in the air in disgust, and barked at a cook, “Can you come talk to these people?” and stormed out of the restaurant. I told the cook I don’t know why she’s so upset I’m just asking how the refund works, and he made an excuse for her ugly behavior and said “it’s 85 degrees in the kitchen and we’ve been busy.” Mind you, the kitchen was open-aired and it was not hot. What it boils down to though is that this is not an excuse to mistreat others, especially customers. I myself has spent all day outside in the 100 degree heat but I don’t use that as a way to justify treating others around me like they’re a huge inconvenience and less than. Please address this location and these two individual. Especially, obviously, the blonde woman who wears sunglasses inside at night and treats customers like pieces of garbage.

The 865 Guide

The food was amazing. They have some really good ranch and all the wings were cooked well. Only problem is the staff can be rude. Not personally to me, but I seen them to be super rude to a customer when they messed his order up after a long wait.
