No other people waiting for food… only ordered 5 piece of bone in wings and 5 piece of mild boneless.. waited 25 minutes… only food that came out hot was the 5 bone in plain wings. Fries were like cold cold.. and not good. The bathroom was disgusting. Friendly girl at the counter but obviously weren’t working so hard, if it took that long for 12 wings with an empty restaurant.

Ordered pick up went and got my drink, the drink tasted like it needed to be changed but didn’t realize it until I left. Wings were over cooked and hard. Likely won’t be back, waste of $13. Drink machine had hair on it. They need shut down and deep clean that store

Employees were just chatting it up with what we think were friends of theirs, while they had two customers waiting in line. Food was cold, fries were pretty much just crumbs. The Buffalo wings tasted horrible, like didn’t even taste like Buffalo. The ranch was good though, that’s why I gave the second star.

So if you order online AND call to confirm they received the order, you may still have to wait for them to prepare it when you arrive. They “didn’t see the ticket” so my order was not even started. The employee did throw in some extra wings when I asked what they would do to make this right.

Bathroom was rough but I get it sometimes you can only get in there so often, willing to give them the benefit of the doubt.The food itself was good once and okay the second time. It just gave me frozen boneless wings vibes so nothing crazy for the price really. Will probably go again at some point and update.

Our grandson wanted us to try Wing Stop, so we did. 3 out of 4 orders were right, 1 was wrong. Tables were all dirty, floor was sticky and women’s bathroom was gross. 1 female employee was friendly and efficient. The male employee that was visible was not friendly and seemed to be avoiding doing anything. Food was pretty good except for the one wrong order. Probably won’t go back to this location.

Can't say enough good things about Wingstop. Great food, and the service was on point. The atmosphere is casual and inviting. Plus, all the wing flavors make your taste buds go wild with anticipation for your next bite. The fries come in an abundance are chrispy and well seasoned, just adding to enjoyment of your meal. Plus, the self-service freestyle soda drink station adds to a fun atmosphere. Will definitely be swinging back in the future to get my wings on.

I was charged $8.07 for 3 waters, my food was under cooked. I heard the girl cooking tell another customer she had to remake his wings because she burnt a few in his order. The fries seem like they was sitting in oil. I wad told I couldn't get a refund at that time negatebecause the GM was not on duty. Then I was refused when I asked for his name. I won't be back to the the Maryville location until they get better customer service.

I deliver for DD and they gave us cards a few months ago when you pick up 10 deliveries you earn a free combo meal, when I tried to get it punched for my last punch for #10 and the employee with the initials LJ (don’t know her name but she signed LJ) was very rude and said we don’t even take those and I said well I got it from here? She said “I know!” And finally wrote her initials “LJ” came in today and she acted like she didn’t want to honor the card and kept looking at it and saying “hmm” “hmm” because some holes where punched out with a heart shaped hole puncher and then the rest was employees initials. She finally took the order with attitude as I was addressing her with please and thank yous. Very rude, each time I’ve encountered her she’s been rude. Love the food but she makes me not want to go back.
