We walked in during the luch rush. The first thing I noticed was that the restaurant was clean, even the floors were spotless. Stepping into the restroom to wash my hands, the floor were still damp with the caution sign out. The young counter person (Jalah) was polite and patient, because I did not know what I wanted. She offered suggestions and quickly took my order. My order was completed even before my friend even finished making his selection. The food was hot and delicious - Thank You. Even the manager came over and introduced herself and checked on our experience. This was really a nice experience compared to other restaurants in the area. Professional Staff, would highly recommend again! I look forward to Zaxby's again soon. ID AAAY7M8JAJAM
Did pickup order at 9:15 because it said the closed at 10. Got there at 9:30 doors were locked. Went to drive through, I got my food at 10:10.

I placed an online order may have been my mistake but I put it to the drive through and I was sitting in the drive through for 20 minutes just to get to the speaker longest drive through ive ever sat in currently still sitting

Rudest manager I've ever encountered. Rolls her eyes, no apologies and when you call to discuss it from store level find out she was management. Unacceptable

Did a mobile order and they asked me pull up and handed me a drink before I pulled up. I noticed It was the wrong drink, after I pulled up, but it was a sweet tea so I gave it to my kids and they were drinking it. A lady comes out a to hand me the food and says we need that sweet tea back we gave you the wrong drink. I said my kids are already drinking it she said “I don’t care. We have to have it back!” And I said that’s ridiculous, It’s your fault in the first place for giving me the wrong drink and now it’s already drunk! and she said “ I don’t care we have to have it back give it back” gave it back to her and she immediately turns around and just throws it in the trashcan right in front of me instead of just letting me keep a drink that we already was drinking. Not to mention, she came out extremely rude already. I guess because her employee gave me the wrong drink to begin with! Very rude. I was the ONLY person there in the drive thru, had to pull up for a MOBILE order that was already placed. I’ll stick with Alcoa from now on.

Ordered a large coke and it was only filled up 3/4. That’s just cheap. The drink was for my patient at work. 🫠 she thought I was a big back and drank it. I told her it came like that and she didn’t believe me. How embarrassing 😳

The staff was nice, the dining room wasn't very clean (it was during the lunch rush), and the food was okay. The fries were fresh, but the chicken sandwich was a little dry and tough.

Word to the wise…. Ordered from here thru Door Dash recently. Waited 45 min for the food then the restaurant cancelled my order and I had to fight with DD for a refund.
I'll never understand why this business owner let's employees bring their kids to work and lets them sit in a booth and hangout while they work. The kids are always running around screaming and this has been witnessed more than once at this location. This time the kids weren't even eating zaxbys but had 3 pizza hut boxes sitting there lol. I have pictures but I don't know how to upload.

What happened to giving door dashers a drink carrier? Most cars don't have enough cup holders when you have multiple orders. Sad that they can't afford a few pennies to help us dashers out. I have heard of pinching pennies but come on now.
Always an issue coming here and employees are rude.
they forgot my whole meal, after I travelled all the way there and back I got home and realised my meal was not in the bag even though I paid for it

The only thing worse than the food was the attitude of Trish the manager. I called to complain about the quality of our food which smelled and tasted burnt and received negative attitude. Rather than trying to reconcile my issue she wanted to argue with me about how recently the oil had been changed, the fryer had been cleaned, and said I was the only person to complain about it. I drove over there with the food where she informs me she could only replace the tenders, but then proceeded to replace the whole meal. After giving me the new food she aggressively grabbed the old food off the counter and tossed it in the trash while rolling her eyes. The replacement chicken also smelled so bad we didn’t even eat it. Needless to say we won’t be back.
