Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Whilst the food is as typical as any other Zaxby's, the service here is absolutely superb. The food always comes out extremely fast and hot ready for lunch. The staff are all extremely friendly and welcoming, they even remember my name (though it's probably because I come here so often lol)

My mom and sister went to this location and got two meals, my step dad was missing his Cole slaw, and my sister got the bbg boneless wing meal and the chicken was hard as a rock and had barely any bbq sauce on her wings we called to try to get it replaced and the manager said we can replace your grilled cheese never goin back there again

While not perfect at times, im leaving a five star for the exceptional service and assistance from the evening crew on 11/22/2025. My mobile order was stolen and they swiftly sorted the issue and remade the order for me. Couldn't have asked for better asistance.

We walked in during the luch rush. The first thing I noticed was that the restaurant was clean, even the floors were spotless. Stepping into the restroom to wash my hands, the floor were still damp with the caution sign out. The young counter person (Jalah) was polite and patient, because I did not know what I wanted. She offered suggestions and quickly took my order. My order was completed even before my friend even finished making his selection. The food was hot and delicious - Thank You. Even the manager came over and introduced herself and checked on our experience. This was really a nice experience compared to other restaurants in the area. Did pickup order at 9:15 because it said the closed at 10. Got there at 9:30 doors were locked. Went to drive through, I got my food at 10:10.

I placed an online order may have been my mistake but I put it to the drive through and I was sitting in the drive through for 20 minutes just to get to the speaker longest drive through ive ever sat in currently still sitting
