Came at 9:51pm they close at 10pm all lights were off. If open til 10 you take orders til 10. Needless to say we gave our order to Taco Bell. Multiple cars came through..... you missed out Zaxby's. Won't come back!

Picked up an order for a friend. They were so frustrated I was there 7 minutes early, 12 after online order was placed. Handed me a stack of papers at the drive thru circling the time the pickup order was for. To match their horrible customer service I delivered an order that was incorrect to a friend.

The drive thru girl was very friendly and that's the only good thing. Wings lukewarm and fries were worse than I remembered. Crazy price for combos vs portions IMO but thats most places now.When the drive thru takes over 10 minutes per person it's faster to just keep driving and stop at walmart. Get out, walk all the way back to frozen and grab a cheaper bag of wings and another of fries lol. Go home and cook for 20mins. You're welcome lol.

Let me start by saying I absolutely hate leaving bad reviews, but when one truly deserves it, I find it necessary so a change can hopefully be made. My family and I love Zaxby’s! But this location (411 location) needs major help!! After numerous bad experiences at this location several months back, we decided to give it one more go and we were sorely disappointed! We normally order the family pack strips meal and this time we added loaded fries. After waiting in drive thru for 45 minutes we were once again served unfresh, room temperature food (but hey, at least they got my order correct this time…). Since I was still in parking lot I tried going inside (door locked) so went back through drive thru (thank God only one car ahead of me this time) to let them know that they could have their order back and I just wanted a refund at this point. It’s now 9PM and I’ve got two kids and a husband getting hangry at the house waiting on their food. (Let me just say that the Domino’s emergency pizza came in very handy at this time LOL). I was thinking that asking this shouldn’t be a big deal since they knew how long I waited in line but one of the two girls at the window literally snapped back at me saying she saw the food come out fresh and straight to me at the window. Knowing this was false, I said that they could take their food back and see for themselves the temp is not even warm (most likely now cold) so she asked me to wait until she hears from her manager on this. This took about another 10 minutes of waiting!!!! Unacceptable!!! Another employee (unfriendly, mind you) finally came to me and said that her manager said to take the food back and give a refund to all except the loaded fries portion. Even though that didn’t make any sense, I said “Ok then please give me a fresh order of loaded fries!” Well that didn’t set well with her so she said she would just give me a refund on all of it. Seriously!?! Why didn’t you do that to begin with!?! In a nutshell, avoid this location!!! Rude employees (except the one sweet girl at window that kept apologizing to me), EXTREMELY long wait times for orders, and unfresh, room temp food!!! I can honestly say we’ll never be back!!!

The new phillys are awesome. I prefer the grilled as I think it has more flavor. Fried pickles are also a must. A little pricey for what you get but still only fast food place you can get.
